They have the most unprofessional stuff. I got their late and the old man at the counter was quick to tell me I had no reservation. In the morning the new guy at the counter was also quick to tell me that my payment did not come with breakfast.

Beautiful room, so so service.

Very nice rooms, bathrooms and clean.

Poor staffing. When we arrived there was no one to greet us. We had to go looking for someone to check us in. Eventually the guy showed up. I question his sobriety. They provided a complimentary breakfast. When we went to the dining room we again waited and no one came to our table. So, we checked out and ate elsewhere.

Other than the one issue our stay was exceptional! Would definitely stay again…

The location and the hotel are outstanding!

Had a problem with staff and my service dog. Talked with two managers only to discover that they had all been poorly trained…? The situation was resolved.

Superb

The 5th floor was really great! The 'hors dourves were ok, could have been less greasy, more healthy selections, I was a bit disappointed that on Christmas eve and day there was almost no services available. Otherwise a great place to relax.

The food on the 5th floor was too greasy.

Great stay!

There is really only one specific thing that I can mention for improvement: while the lighted mirror in the bathroom is attractive, it does not provide sufficient light for the whole room. The dimness makes it hard to do hair, makeup, and general bathroom activities.
