Alguns pontos a melhorar.

Café da manhã, limpeza, quarto, conservação, estacionamento gratuito.

Quantidade insuficiente de funcionários para servir o café da manhã. Várias mesas desocupadas, mas sem alguém para limpá-las e disponibilizá-las para outros hóspedes. O travesseiro é ruim.

Bom, porém um pouco distante da orla de Atalaia

O hotel é bonito, imponente. Vista do quarto bonita para o shopping Jardins. Café da manhã diversificado e gostoso.

Quarto estava mal limpo, com cabelo no lençol, piso com produto de limpeza escorregadio, pegajoso, como se tivesse molhado por ter sido aplicado recentemente. Detalhe que chegamos às 17h. Parades do AP precisam de nova pintura. Se o foco da viagem for curtir as praias de dia e a noite na orla de Atalaia, não o considero com um melhor custo-benefício do que uma boa pousada na orla.

Gostei de ter disponível a cozinha aberta para lanches e sopas

O transformador de 220 para 127 não era bom para ligar uma cafeteira espresso. Deveria ter transformadores mais potentes no hotel ou ter tomadas com ambas as potencias.

O café da manhã foi satisfatoriamente bom e a localização perto do shop também foi boa

Cheguei 10min antes do check-in e não pude entrar, tive que aguardar eles liberarem e só liberaram depois que perguntei se já podia (30min depois) Perguntei se podiam fazer algo especial para a ocasião especial, aceitaram, mas não teve nada diferente. Fui ver a academia, estava chovendo...dentro da academia kkk

Organização e limpeza.

Colchões desconfortáveis ( muito duro) e café da manhã apesar de variado os produtos são de pouco sabor ou qualidade média.

Eu recomendo o hotel. Bom custo benefício.

O hotel é muito bem localizado em frente ao shopping Jardins - é só atravessar a rua e é possível contar com todas as comodidades de um bom shopping. O hotel é muito bom, a equipe muito cordial e prestativa. O café da manhã excelente, muito completo. Ótima localização e custo benefício.

Embora haja indicação de que não é permitido fumar, no quarto adjacente ao meu um senhor esteve fumando ao longo de 5 dias de estadia, isso fazia com que o corredor do andar ficasse com odor muito desagradável e não era possível abrir a janela do quarto, porque aparentemente o hóspede fumava na janela. Talvez um controle mais rigoroso neste tipo de ocorrência teria evitado o desconforto.

The staff on breakfast was very polite and friendly The location is very convenient : few minutes to the airport Having a mall just across the street was very good

I was in the 4th, floor, on the street side and with windows closed, it still was too noisy. A big hotel like that should have a pool For being a relative new hotel, it was a little too worn out - maybe a better cleaning?

Location was great,parking and views.

The bathroom was full of mould, the bathroom door didn’t close, the room was booked for 3 people there were only 2 towels, had to request twice, fridge didn’t work properly, the freezer was full of water. The fruit at breakfast was old and also had mould on the grapes, unappealing, the scramble eggs were full of water as if was scrubbed with water, didn’t look nice at all.

This is a huge hotel, clearly brand new. I thought everything was nicely designed and it was very confutable to stay there for us. The breakfast had good options too. There is a huge mall across the street which made it easy to get some things that we needed. I enjoyed my stay there

As most places in Brazil, they need more vegetarian and vegan friendly options for breakfast. You have to use car service to go anywhere. Nothing too close besides a huge mall across the street.

Top Business Hotel

Very comfortable bed. Amazing breakfast! Friendly staff. Great location in an nice neighborhood close to shopping, bars, restaurants, and playgrounds.

The covid related arrangements of the gym are a bit complicated. But at least we where able to train.
