Room was a really good size, pool was lovely and the staff were very attentive.
The room was very dark, breakfast wasn’t included and in general it felt over priced. Dinner options were also limited

Everything was great. The facilities, the details of the room. The softness of the bed sheets. Wonderful. The hotel is very conscient of every little detail. They prepare the bed at night and left notes about the next day's weather and small things to enjoy: Bath salts example. Small details that made the difference justify the price you are paying. The Maintainance of the building is frankly impeccable.
all was great.

beautiful
The pool was 67 degrees. There was a discussion about this, so I took a photo of the thermometer. I chose this hotel for this pool. What upsets me is that I messaged the hotel first; no response. When we arrived they insisted it was heated. No compensation. $500 a nite (weeknight)

Gorgeous setting, everything was perfect

Food needs a facelift before the property itself. Overall ok just dated but very clean and great staff. Overpriced.

The grounds and Arts and Crafts architecture is amazing. You feel like you are in a different world. I loved having the map of all the different kinds of trees. The Palisade room was better than expected.
Because of Covid, the main dining room was closed most of the time and the Grille was overcrowded. This wouldn't be an issue during regular times.

Loved the facility the service was Amazing the only draw back food was not great, use to be Amazing but it was not up to standards. Our other friends who stayed there felt the same.

The lodge is a great place to unwind and relax! It was my second stay and definitely not the last! The only recommendation is to go on days when the restaurant and bar are open.

Dinner at AR Valentien was amazing! Also, best burger ever at The Grill! We had a great time, service was wonderful, pool and jacuzzi have the most beautiful views!
Hmmmmm...they promised the Wall Street Journal in the morning and we never got it!

The valentines restaurant menu and dishes were delicious, waitress Alex was amazing, very helpful, attentive and friendly.
Good time at the pool and service for drinks. Appetizer like onion dip with chip, no flavor, same as ceviche.
Golf course is beautiful, hotel atmosphere have great carácter. Staff very helpful and friendly.
The Grill restaurant dishes were tasteless. My family and I had dinner on 4th of July at 7 pm. The duck dish was soggy tasteless, same the hamburger dish, the meat flavorless, the roasted chicken dish was dry and tasteless. I specked better quality food and choices. No live music , neither could see any special preparation on traditional BBQ brunch or dinner for this mayor Holliday “ Independence Day” , Not even any fireworks or live music as was promise in their website. No decorations either. Effortless customer care from the management. I saw some children, effortlessly looking if they could see fireworks and no results.very disappointed.
