LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY!! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!! BEST GIRLS VACAY EVER!!!
Their wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
10.0 / 10.0
The pool and beach setup was incredible. The customer service was top notch. Every meal we had exceeded our expectations. Very family friendly for our family of five.
The room was decor was dated. I wish the room setup was slightly different. The bathrooms are extremely small and the mini fridge was a very mini fridge. I didn't have much room for the breastmilk for my infant.

The spa and the heated pool for the kids.
The service was slow at Sunrise and Sea Glass.

The staff was super friendly and so kind! It made me feel like I was at home!
That wasn't anything to my disliking

The location was right on the ocean. Very beautiful views. The Oceanside restaurant was excellent and poolside drinks were wonderful
I requested an upper floor and received ground floor (I was told that requests aren't guaranteed, and if I wanted an upper floor, I should have paid the extra fee). The patio door was filthy and moldy. The facility is dated. The pool area was over-crowded, making it hard to find a beach chair to sit on. If the resort wasn't so expensive to begin with, I may not have minded. But, if I pay 5 star prices, I hope for 5 star service.

Prices are too high

Great value for the price! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area feels clean and renovated. The staff was super friendly and always went the extra mile.
The restaurants on the resort property offer you various price points and types. They have a high-class steak house and seafood restaurant with delicious menu options.
The location is excellent! On a beautiful beach with nature, while only 15 minutes away from the town, that offers more restaurant and entertainment options. We saw dolphins and turtles multiple times during our stay.
The gym is usable and provides a variety of equipment for different types of workouts; We used it every day. But it could use some updates here and there.

Rooms weren’t too nice especially for how much they cost a night. Water stunk so we never really felt clean.
Also there was a dead armadillo right outside of the beach club that was there the entire time!

The beach
The facility is in desperate need of an upgrade. The spa did not respond to my call for services and only after I called did they manage to fit me in for services less than I had requested.

it had everything there, no need to leave the property, can’t wait to play the golf course sometime
nothing really

we enjoyed the pool. it was heated which was nice in the evenings in April.
Birds were everywhere and constantly bothering us. Was initially told that kids get free drinks on the property with kids cup but was charged every time. Never received turn down service during week long stay. There are no speed bumps preventing excessive speeding on the property. Walking around the property with a small child was scary. Was almost hit several times by Valet drivers! There are “parties” each night into the early morning. It was impossible to get sleep with the loud music playing and excessive people yelling every night.

Everything
Just a thought, put a small table in balcony. Its a place to put wine and food.

Loved the location: boardwalks, walking and biking paths along the dunes, beach, hotel, and condos. Nine restaurants to choose from and you can either walk or ride the resort trolly. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, two pools, hot tubs, and fire pits with rocking chairs. Check-in was quick and the staff is exceptional and friendly!
Resort charges for Beach chairs and Umbrellas on the beach, 50.00 $ per day for 2 chairs. So, bring your own.

Amazing pool. Amazing staff. Prices are definitely high for food / drink.
The shower head/drain seemed a little old and hard to work, but everything else was great

I paid a lot of money for a three day getaway for myself. I booked the Omni because I wanted to treat me for a change. Quality is what I expected from the price and reputation of the chain. To say I’m disappointed with the room is an understatement. The carpet was stained. The shower was nasty. The bathroom facet leaked all over my things. The sink didn’t drain. The decor looked like something from the seventies. The drapery was torn and stained. The balcony where I intended to spend a lot of time was filthy. I’ll let the pictures I took speak for themselves. They do not represent the pictures posted on the website.

love the location, the amenities were great and they did an amazing job with their New Year’s Eve weekend event. We had an amazing time
the bed was not good and extremely uncomfortable. For the price that we paid and the level of hotel resort this Omni is the the King bed in this upgraded room should have been better quality. we did not sleep well at all.

The shuttle that goes around the property is great. Our meal at Bob's steak house was great. Service was average. Our room was comfortable. The bed slept great but it was noisy. We could hear the people next to us and above us. The tub was delicious.
It took an hour to get into our room. The staff offered us no water or snacks during that time. Our keys wouldn't work after the first day. We had to go outside to get to our room. When it rained, no one offered us an umbrella. Just the details that a great hotel gets right.
