We stay here regularly (getting married here in May 2025) and it's pretty "tip-top". You could camp-out here and be just fine. It's "amenity-full". Absolutely no complaints!
Can't think of anything. If you ask the staff, they make it happen!

The bathroom was renovated. The linens and towels appeared to be clean and stain free.
There was a 5” cockroach in our bathroom. The manager said it was a common sight between June-August and was impossible to get in front of it. They switched our room. The new room was sans cockroach. The furniture surfaces, windows, couches and carpets didn’t appear very clean. The A/C was very insufficient and couldn’t manage to get the room cooler than 78 degrees on a night that wasn’t even 78 outside. The staff didn’t appear thrilled to be working there. I hope they are doing okay.

Había sangre en las cobijas y en las almohadas. Muy mal y muy incomoda noche

The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The room was clean.
We were put in an adjunct building which was not as nice as the original. The pool was cloudy and gross. The hotel is right by the interstate and you could hear cars. Occasionally we smelled cigarettes inside the room.

Starting with Daren at the front desk, bar and grill, the cafe, all staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. This was probably the best stay I’ve had in a couple years! The gym was the right size and had all the equipment needed for a great morning workout.

I always enjoy the inside pool and spa, the beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, most staff members are helpful and nice. They all air me to check in early.
The toilet paper, and no complimentary breakfast.

Habitación espaciosa. Bien insonorizada. Camas cómodas.
El desayuno me parece muy caro. Un poco lejos de otros restaurantes.

Liked the happy hour, food was good and reasonably priced (though our waiter was overworked!)

Conforto, perto da rodovia que facilita acesso para vários locais. Tem restaurante muito bom e cafe da manhã otimo. Fica em frente à praça de recreação e quadras de jogos.

Convenient. Comfortable room.
Carpets in hallway were dirty.

Great location… stayed here for a trip to Sequoia National Park. It was an hour away which wasn’t too bad and it was right on the exit to the highway making it easy to get to and leave. The staff is wonderful! Let’s are actually welcome, most places say pets are allowed but this place really made me feel like my doggies were welcome.
Not a fan of the $100 deposit per room. I paid in advance but still had to pay a deposit per room which was really annoying and on top of that I was told it would take 5 days or so to get it back.

Easy to come and go, staff was friendly. Beds and pillows were SO comfortable!
Old building, stains on carpets and furniture, low ceilings.

Rooms nice, comfortable and well equipped. Outdoor/indoor swimmin pools, nice ones. Bar and restaurants available on site. Close to highways, good starting point for daily trips.
All fine.

Quiet hotel with large rooms. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The airco is works fine and can easily be adjusted.
The hotel itself is a bit outdated. The carpets, walls and doors could definitely be updated.

Large room. Good airco. Nice swimming Pool. Good diner restaurant, also for breakfast. Approx 45 minutes from entrance Sequoia NP (advise: leave early)

Looks clean and well kept up.
The air conditioning in room was not acceptable considering the high temperature outdoors. Hard to sleep comfortably.

No free breakfasts, but it was good.
The mattress needed to be replaced

The indoor pool was a little cold but was still awesome me and my 10 month old baby enjoyed the pools and hot tub....

Convenient location for access to Sequoia national park. Very friendly and service-minded staff in the restaurants.
The pool area and especially the pool itself was not the cleanest.

Unfortunately we needed some medical assistance and the lady at the frontdesk helped us with good information. Everything worked out fine. The hotel is close to the freeway, has good parking and lots of extra's, which we didn't use.
Under our window were a lot of airco-units on the roof. That proved to be a bit noisy during the night. Not that it would keep you awake, but enough to irritate a little.

Good location. Pleasant staffed
Needs some updates. Bathroom had chips out of floor and cupboards with chips. Stairwells need cleaned. Entrance door seemed slow to open and one was really noisy
