After traveling 5 hours to get there, my room was not ready at 3pm. I had to wait till 5! I’m old. It was distressful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room's air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable.

The worst part of the room was the bathtub. It was gross! Looked like the bath mat had been left there for months and never cleaned. There was a black looking ring on the bath tub itself. I tried cleaning it so we could at least shower but it would not come clean. I took pictures as I am not exaggerating. The room's base boards were broken and coming off the walls. I mean the hotel is old but definitely needs to have repairs done before renting out the rooms. The bed's box spring was bare, the wood frame was showing, not sure how to word it but that needed to be replaced. The mattress was comfortable so that helped and we only stayed because there were no vacancies anywhere else. $168.37 was too much to pay for the condition of this room. Pool was also not in good standing and was not used either. Water looked green and dirty.

The breakfast options were great! I really liked the yogurt and the little debbie snack options

The wifi was terrible, it was out the entirety of my stay. What was concerning was my room looked like it had a dead bolt at one point, but currently has only part of it on the door

pleasant first stay in a potentially really nice hotel after remodels

Great location and staff. Everything worked as it should.

The place is going thru remodel with new ownership so there were a few things kinda going on that is to be expected with a remodel.

Not as clean as it used to be back when I first started using this location. Staff was so friendly always made contact with two females who had everything so clean and always willing to help.

didn’t have a choice because Hampton and Marriott were booked witch are the only ones I stay at.. won’t stay here again

location only.

very outdated rooms, shower was very horrible, only one setting and it was jet setting.. hard to was body.
