The hotel fulfilled its basic purpose - providing a place to spend the night. There is parking available, and it's located in Hyannis
Question about expectations caused difficulties because I expected it to be a roadside motel, but I didn't expect everything to be so poor. The hotel is very worn-out; it seems like it hasn't been renovated since the 1980s. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there is a lingering smell of smoke, likely ingrained in the walls over the years from previous smoking inside the room. Additionally, there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the room.
It was more of a technical stopover for the night, but I wouldn't choose this room for another stay. The ambiance reminded me of a Tarantino movie set.

Room was large enough for 4 adults and was clean

Location and it was the cheapest one
I arrived later than expected because I ended working on Thurs. I arrived around 10 pm and told no problem because there was someone at the desk 24hours. I was told I would be put in Deluxe room for the night and moved to my regular room around 11 am the next day. I was visiting someone who was going to be on the islan 4 days and I was driving them around. I did not want to come back to change rooms. I was finally put in a room with a broken shower bar and the mixing element in shower did not work eg I had either tepid or scalding hot water. I was told breakfast on the weekends 7:30 -9. No one was there and the off ic was locked up tight. There was a bush at the corner of the property making entrance onto 128 almost Impossible. I could not see on coming traffic. I had made reservations about 3 weeks before and should not have been subjected to changing rooms.

No breakfast
The wall in the bathroom. Had tiles off and on the floor with the towel rack. Water was way to hot. The pool needed to be cleaned and around it needed to be cleaned and swept. Needed some up grades.

Nothing
Everything — By no means do I expect a luxury experience at a Super 8. However, I also do not expect a filthy, decrepit and disgusting bug ridden and desolate room experience.
The rooms were filthy. The first room had a blocked toilet that flood the bathroom floor and the rug outside the bathroom door. The maintenance team cleared the blockage but only mopped up the toilet water—never using any cleanser or disinfectant at any time. They also “cleaned” it up in their bare feet.
When I saw what was going on, I insisted on changing rooms. The ONLY improvement was that the toilet worked. The room had not been properly cleaned as the faucets were covered with black crud that we had to wipe off to using the sink and shower. The carpeting was dirty, stained and ripped. There was black soot on the sheets and we refused to even touch the TV remote as it appeared to have some dried something on it. The room smelled awful and half the electrical outlets could not hold the plugs in.
You should be ASHAMED to have the Booking.com name associated with this hell hole and the fact that I paid over $250 in fees and taxes is highway robbery for a facility that was worth less than a homeless shelter.

Breakfast wasn’t offered as advertised, maid asked for a tip, cigarette burns throughout hall carpet, broken pieces off of tub, old and not updated, all linens were stained, hair everywhere!
3.0
The location.
The beds were not comfortable and the squirrels were running in the roof so early, in fact that make you wake up. We already knew that price is cheap for that kind of service, so for that price is ok.

Good location for ferries to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Parking included.

The room was big
The walls were damaged, bathroom lights flickered. hot water took 15 minutes to get warm

It was late in season when I got place, beds were like a rock and really shy of being queen beds, we are in 60's so comfort is key. Mediocre rooms, nice shower
Hard bed, no parking 1st night, need repair in bathroom floor

Good location.
The love seat in the room was so dirty and stained that we wouldn’t sit on it. The critters in the ceiling at night were disturbing.

The A/C worked great- and the hotel was easy to find
Beds were very firm- room and bathroom was very dated

The manager was very nice and accommodated a late-night arrival, and for the price ($140/night in August), I didn't expect the Hilton, so I feel two stars is fair for what I paid.
In all fairness, our family stayed only one night (before a morning whale cruise) and we might have been given the "one-nighters' room" (i.e. the room that's never been renovated or cleaned since the place was built) but I've slept in $20/night trucker motels that were better maintained, cleaner, and smelled better. It's the first time in my life I smell hotel pillows and can literally smell another person's sweat/drool. Very unhygienic. Never mind the hairs in the bathroom, the HUNDREDS of stains on the carpet, the cigarette smell, the hard-as-rock bed, the stained sheets, the broken [insert blank], etc.
Be clear that this property is a run-down, side-of-the-road MOTEL. Definitely not a place to unwind after a day at the beach or on the Cape. As a matter of fact, I honestly can't imagine anyone using the pool (only feet away from the busy road).

The cafe across the street
The musty smell in the room
The "breakfast" which was just bad pre packaged pastries
Waiting for three towels because there were three of us
Always having to find or wait for the staff

Pool was nice.
4 guests only gave us 2 towels. Not a fan of the Indian food scent. Unavoidable since our room was next to the cooking

There were people hanging out side the hotel rooms all night on there phone smoking pot
People outside of your door smoking pot there was cockroach coming out from the foundation of the motel walls

The manager was courteous and did change our room to upstairs when I asked, firmly ( more than once), because we felt unsafe. The location was good
The rooms felt extremely unsafe. Very flimsy windows with locking mechanisms that didn't work or exist for some. Large amount of hair left in tub and carpet felt gross.

Came here for the weekend with my family. We picked it mainly for the price and the location, which was absolutely perfect. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious for the four of us. The pool was also a big perk!

good value for the area
property could use upgrade in bath
4.0

ac not cold enough

Outlets were old so plugs won’t stay in. Horrible Wi-Fi
Could be cheaper for what it was! Older furniture and bedding could use an upgrade or less in price

Location is the best thing going for this hotel right now and the friendly gentleman at the front desk.
The hotel is in need of major renovations. They are not serving breakfast, Wi-Fi worked intermittently. Strong weed smell and at 7am there were teenagers playing football in the parking lot around guests cars… with the ball hitting many cars.

Stuck in the 70s

The people was receptive to our needs
old property outdated and bathroom look nasty and the carpet outside the building look nasty

location was conveniently close to meeting.
I have no regrets.
