Location was awesome. Place under construction so be aware there is no outside hot tub.

The check in person was weird. Made me feel like the room I booked was taken but then I got it with a weird guilt trip. Can you say Awkward?

Dilapidated property. Half of the units being updated. Property itself is unkept and the spa was out of service. NO WIFI

Not a good place to stay

The unit itself was embarrassing, broken doors, outdated. Spa had a foot of water and green. Totally feel ripped off.

It was fabulous and how quite it was, very beach vibe and nature!

The place was just in walking distance to the restaurants. Every room sits facing the bay and the balcony was fabulous. The breeze was very nice! The beds were very comfortable, the furniture was great for me and. My niece as we didn’t live in this room, in and out through our day. They also gave us tea, which was nice. It was very clean besides the dust on the fabric wall.

The dust on the fabric wall behind the bed, which was hard to see. Also no Wi-Fi, it was down. Which was fine because we didn’t stay long.

Expensive for what you get

cracking view of wetlands.

No bottled water provided. No coffee In reception. Lacking the little touches that make a difference, especially given the excessive amount charged- well over £200 for 1 night!

I will stay here again!

Location was perfect, easy to get around to the surrounding area. View was amazing! Room was large and very clean!

Great location but shortcomings.

Bed and bed comfort

Bathtub didn't drain. Needed more blankets. Received notice day before arrival that hot tub was not working. Very expensive for accommodations.

Very good

The view from the balcony was fabulous especially with the bald eagle in the tree every morning.

The bed had a foam mattress or mattress cover that was totally too warm! The bed looked inviting but just wasn't comfortable for me.

Overall the room rate was over charged for what you paid.

Nice view and room was comfortable.

A great value a nice view. We will definitely be back

The innkeeper, Karen greeted me like she had been waiting for us to arrive. We got there early I apologize for arriving early she said no problem your room is ready we had asked for an accommodation for someone with some walking and physical limitations and we had a really nice room with a close parking spot a wonderful view of the water. We were pleasantly surprised.

I think the only thing that wasn't wonderful was the fact that we went off season, at the end of January early in the week and there really wasn't a lot that was open. But we had brought some snacks and a couple of little coolers and didn't even realize that would be a nice size refrigerator in the room and a microwave. So we had a couple of meals in instead of going out and it was all just perfect

We love coming to Bodega Bay. Usually stay at the Tides, which also has great views.

The view was great. The patio was nice, I like to sit outside when the weather permits. There was no breakfast, which I knew but was still a little disappointing.

Above answer and staff was not unfriendly, but not super nice either.

on arrival the very first comment from the female receptionist in front of other guests was: I can’t honour the room at that price, there are no hotels in the bay who’ll do it for that…..I booked the room last year at a price which they listed and seemed comparable to other hotels at the time. We had a number of confirmation emails saying that they were looking forward to welcoming us over the weeks nearing our trip. After getting over our reception, we agreed to pay extra for another room which wasn’t a problem, it was just the way she made us feel as if we’d done something wrong? We couldn’t actually see the ladies face because she had a mask on with large sunglasses but she seemed very ready and happy to turn us away after a full days travelling. apart from this the facility was great.
