Won't stay there again.

Good

Being accused of smoking in the room and we didn't smoke in it. The wife tossed an empty cigarette box in the trash and that was their evidence.

Disappointing for the price they charge, won't stay there again..

Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee was weak.Staff was friendly. Decor was nice.

Platform bed in a handicap room was too high, had trouble getting in. bathroom door opened the wrong way for using a walker. Told us the room was a converted queen and the king bed was squeezed in. was told they couldn't do anything for us because we booked with booking.com instead of directly with hotel.

Would recommend with caveats of high price some weekends and no elevator.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. High quality bedding and decor. Everything in good order except NO ELEVATOR. Not pleasant making three trips up and then three trips down ti move in and out after a tiring day of travel, especially for seniors. How did hotel ever pass ADA requirements?

It was perfect!

The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and well kept up. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

They advertise a game room and there isn’t one anymore. My kids were bummed about that.

Lovely hotel. Lovely weekend. Will be back!

Very welcoming when we arrived. Kind and helpful with our questions. Breakfasts were over and beyond the normal. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great pool and hot tub.

good find in Eagle River! clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. above average continental breakfast.

The property was well kept, with friendly and helpful staff, and good continental breakfast.

The only thing we didn’t like is how big the pillows were but that is very minor.

We were very glad to have stayed at this hotel.

Everything was well done and met our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again during any future trips to the Eagle River area.

Nothing really. It was summer with beautiful weather, so it would have been nice to sit outside, but there were no tables or chairs.

Breakfast had a great variety. We especially liked the burritos, sausage & eggs, waffles, & fresh fruit.

What a great place to stay...we will be back to stay there again

Everything. What a great selection for breakfast. Love that the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours for adults. The staff was very very polite and helpful.
