Good and good
The leaking air conditioner. Water all over the floor. Staff said, here is some towels, I'll get you money off, next morning staff said oh I can't do that and it's to early to call the GM!

Relatively higher cost.

Very clean and mattress were comfortable
Very Close to road. My room was in the front of the building so I heard all the loud motorcycle traffic. Lucky after 11:30 pm or so loud traffic noise was minimal.

It was not good! It had a terrible smell and the paint was pealing from the ceiling and from the walls! It was uncomfortable! We will never stay here again!
2.0
The area of Robbinsville.
The staff/owner was extremely rude, they made it uncomfortable to ask questions.

No hot water, dirty sheets, tv remote didn't work, refrigerator didn't work... Changed our sheets ourselves... Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Don't ever plan on staying at a Quality Inn again. I will also be telling all my friends about it and not recommending Quality Inn to anyone...

close to what I needed to do while in town.
over 300 dollars for a 2 night stay in the off season is ridiculous. my toilet was loose and no heat in the bathroom in the winter time and I paid up for the suite which wasn’t any better then a regular room. Phillips motels about half the price and I would say that it’s very comparable. I’ve stayed at both places.

Breakfast was very basic.
Our first room had an odor and we did ask to move and they did move us to a different room that was much better.

How convenient is
The bed sheets were dirty white and old. The room did not smell clean. The toilet was not clean well. The front desk lady Sunday morning should not have thi position. She does not even say good morning. Rude . Did not say a word during check out.

Hotel was clean and good location.
Hot water only lasted about 5 minutes, king room is super small, no hot breakfast, some of the staff is a little nosey.

We liked everything about it. Friendly staff, good breakfast selections, great location. The beds were comfortable.
It didn't bother us because if there's carpet, there are going to be stains, but the carpet was really stained.

It was easy to locate. Had accessible places to gas stations, grocery shopping and restaurants.
They parking was not clear, and narrow.

It was clean
No hot water. Apparently in the winter they do something to water heater. Had to call down several times about the issue. They then finally told me they had to reset the water heater and turn the water off and on about ten times to get hit water. If they know this is an issue then leave directions for this. Everyone there had the same problem. If you go to a hotel you expect to have a nice warm shower. This was not the case here

Staff was amazing! Beds were very comfortable!
No hot water. Seemed a bit pricey for a room with no hot water and cable went out an hour after we got there.

The front clerk was the nicest I ever met. The beds were so comfortable and that’s saying a lot because I’m very picky with beds. The fire pit out front was the most fun ever. Highly recommend!!
