Very good

Comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy but what we needed for the night. Breakfast was typical for the hotel chain.

Our room was extremely small but we were ok with it.

came by motorcycle sidecar, for rally at Gull Point State Park 6/22-6/25. Stayed to 6/28.

breakfast was ok every morning. coffee in good supply. i was at Spirit Lake for a Sidecar Rally at Gull Point State park.

even though we needed the rain, Mother Nature did her thing. Also, the smoke from Canada wildfires was not helpful. Not that Okoboji area that could do anything about it. I still was able to take several rides around all the lakes in the area. Yes, I will visit again.

We came to see my cousin.

The bathroom was VERY clean. That is what I measure everything by and it was exceptionally nice. The breakfast was good too. Love those biscuits and gravy.

it was ok! wish we booked somewhere else

the room smelled, the shower didn’t have hot water until after I was done, once’s they are out of breakfast food they don’t put more out. when we shower the drain didn’t go down and there was hair in the shower

you could smell weed in the hallway.

Room had everything we needed and the stay was pleasant.

New manager was AWESOME!! First room was not acceptable and smelled musty and she immediately found us a much better room. She was exceptional and we have NEVER had a manager or staff treat us as well as she did. We are in are 70's and she made sure our room was on the 1st floor (as I walk with a cane) and was what we needed. She said she had just taken the position, very recently, and was working on getting things in order. We wish her the best in her new position.

The other comment to make is the smokers did not use the outside ashtray and there was alot of butts and some trash on the outside of the back entrance. The first room she took us to was very musty smelling and possibly needed a new air conditioner to take care of that.

We will never stay in this motel or any Super 8 again.

We liked nothing Poor breakfast Everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke as smokers were allowed right outside front entrance. Room was dark with few lights and no reading lights and only one nightstand Bathroom sink was the size of a postage stamp with no room for toothbrush or cosmetics Bathroom door stuck and was hard to close and open Owner and manager allowed a propane tank and cooker right outside front door which was a fire hazard. Very noisy Over twice as expensive as much, much better Holiday Inn Express in LeMars.

shane was extremely helpful when the guy across the hall pulled a knife on my friend and walked into our room. he went to jail that night…

Rooms were clean and comfortable!

I liked that I was able to book for one night. It was the perfect location. The rooms were clean.

The person next to us had a barking dog that woke me up throughout the night.

AN older property that needs updating. Adequate. Quite expensive for the all over condition of the property.

Everything was very low at breakfast.. food was good! Just wasn’t a lot.. later in our stay we asked for pillows they said they would bring them and never did.. later that night we called again to ask for pillows and toilet paper.. they said they were out of pillows and that if we wanted the toilet paper we head to come get it.. after going to get the toilet paper the attendant told us they only had one more roll.. room cleanliness was ok. Some dusty areas but overall appeared clean. Could tell people have smoked in the hotel rooms as well.

Close to family event

Walked in and the front desk smells like weed, and the hallway did as well. My wife is allergic to it and almost had to go to hospital

Doubt we will be back to stay!

Joe, the Temporary General Manager was fantastic!

The breakfast was terrible! There was no bread, no English muffins, no eggs (if there was suppose to be any), no sausage gravy left, absolutely no milk, no forks! Joe had told us that breakfast was until 10:00 am on Memorial Day, Monday. We went down at 8:10 am and was beyond disappointed in the free breakfast. Also, one of the “twins” boyfriends was laying on the couch in the front entrance area which was very unprofessional! Also, he got in the closet and got some sausage gravy and doesn’t even work there! I can’t believe the goings on when Joe was not present! Then the free wi-fi didn’t work, probably because of the storms, so we checked out a day early as we didn’t feel the hotel was being professionally taken care of when Joe wasn’t around!
