Property was clean, quiet and had plenty of stuff for the kids to do.
The arcade games cost too much and will take money without being operational.

Gym, pool, hot tub, game room and everything you need to cook your own meals in the kitchen. Condo layout. Beautiful view
Bring your own coffee. They have filters and a coffee pot, no coffee. CASUAL “resort”. Not what we expected.

Location was nice. Even with lots of snow, very beautiful.
The staff were not particularly welcoming. We felt like our presence was an imposition. The woman who greeted us the evening we arrived was pleasant enough, but it was very hard to find her-i.e., which building she was in. She was manning the fitness center. We walked in, she came to the window, we said we had a reservation. She found the paper and the first thing she said was, "You still owe $384." We paid, she grab her coat and showed us where to move our car to and met us to open the unit. But we couldn't get a key until the morning. The next morning, the name of the building she told us to go to did not match the signage on any of the buildings so we went back to the unit and called what we hoped would be a front desk number. The woman that answered there was very brusque and acted as if we were really stupid to not know that the "gift shop" (what the sign in front said) was the same thing as the "main office" where we'd been told to go for a key. We hung up and she called back a couple minutes later and when I said "hello" the only thing she said was, "You still owe $384.00." I explained we'd paid it the night before and she became just short of combative, demanding to know who we paid, and questioning if we really had, and even asking us why they took our money over at the fitness center. I was shaken from her tone and upset, but went to get the key. She was very business-like, not friendly. She barely answered questions, was not interested in us or where we'd come from, or even in talking about the beautiful location. We visited the store 3 times altogether, including getting our key and returning it. When I handed her the key, she only said, "Is everybody out?" and that was it.
In the unit signs everywhere told guests all the rules: thermostat, dishes, sweeping, garbage, use of the property. No plug in tub in master bath. Short on hot water for bath.
