The staff was kind and the location was great. We found a local laundromat and a BBQ restaurant.
This is no longer a Roadway Inn, it is a National Parks Inn. They DO NOT have a pool. They do NOT serve breakfast. There was only 1 washer and dryer and they were in use so we went elsewhere.

Beds were comfortable, water pressure and temperature in the shower good.
The room wasn’t clean. There were trash from other people below the beds, the coffee utensils were dirty too.

Not a dam thing when it came to the people operating the hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
My wife first booked on a booking . Com thing. I wanted to extend my stay so my wife called the hotel and gave them her credit card number. Two nights later and at 10:30 at night while I was asleep the manager opened my door and burst in accusing me of not paying. I told him he was wrong and go back to the office and I would be there. After he argued with me for a time he figured out he was wrong. I asked him why he just didn’t call me during the day. He had no answer. The next day I went to the office and asked for the manager and they did not speak any English. If you are going to be in America learn to speak English and learn our way of life. If you can’t do that LEAVE!!!

The new color scheme is pretty
Included breakfast was discontinued. Sheets were dirty. Trash under bed - hairs on pillow sheets. Housekeeping could have been much better.

It was clean and close to where I needed to be.
The room was minimal. There was no breakfast as advertised unless the coffee maker in the room counted as breakfast. The deadbolt on my door did not work so I didn't feel very safe considering there were a lot of noisy people in the other rooms and outside.

The front desk lady was informative. The room was clean
it took the lady at the front desk about 10 minutes to actually walk from the group she was chatting with outside into the front. After I checked in and got into the room I went to bed and there were people congregating hanging out over by the stairs that were beyond loud. I called the front desk asked her to please tell them to be quiet she said she would. When I went out there she was hanging out with them. And they were obnoxiously loud. I went back to bed at about 130 I finally open the door and told him to be quiet or take it inside. Therefore I got about two hours of sleep.

Nothing
Cockroaches, extremely loud neighbors, rude person at front desk always on phone, and there was literally a place in the floor that felt like I was going to fall through the ceiling.

They were definitely updating the hotel. The guy at the front desk was terrific.
I was just sorry the hotel did not match his demeanor.
They were still painting and updating. Perhaps in a few more weeks, it would have been a better experience. It looks like they are working hard. I must say the carpet needed attention. Hopefully they will clean or replace.

I liked the price, but once i got into the room was awful. I was so discussed, my daughter was gaging.
The room had dirty sheets on the bed, the top sheets had yellow marks and the flat had yellow marks on them, floor had not been swept. The trash can still had trash in it
Asked for a REFUND from property or Booking.com has not responded. Book.com is still waiting for a response from the property.
What is bad its called National Park, I thought it would have the highest standard due to the National Park Service.

I went to see the room and it was under remodel. I,m sensitive to small and the place smelled of chemicals and paint. I went to the office and the Guy at the desk said just request a refund and it will be given. That did not happen. I want the money refunded or I will send a claim to my credit card. Debbie
That they wait till the remodel is complete before they rent the room. That the office keeps their word about the refund.
