fairly quiet, very affordable
bathroom sink faucet didn't have the handle to plug sink so it was very slow draining, pulp mill was just across the river so the view wasn't the best and the chair (a desk chair) was really ratty

The location was good for getting around. it was close to my family and stores we visited. it was also easy to find.
The bed frame looked to be the wrong size, it had a protruding support that my sister hit her foot on. This should be addresses as a safety issue. The overall room although fairly clean could use some repair - toilet bolts sticking our without covers, tub downspout cover not in place and more lighting would have been nice. As for the breakfast, the only thing I could consume was the apple juice. There is nothing for vegan, let alone vegetarians. At least cereal should have been a choice.

When I get there. The receptionist gave my room to someone else who I didn’t know. She didn’t asked to him for ID. But she did to me

It was a decent location, ease to get back to highway and close to town.
Bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Previous people's towels and hair laying around and in shower. The towels are probably 10 years old and been washed 18000 times. Nothing left of them to dry you off. The neighbors had dumbass barking dogs. The entire building has a smell, I couldn't place it or blame it all on the local factories, but just a nasty smell of something old and rotted and then painted over.

Not much to like about this francised chain motel. Very average rooms and other arrangements. the whole place could do with a thorough renovation and update (that includes the staff).
I didnt bother with breakfast as their normal breaskfast arrangements had been cancelled. They gave you a doggy bag!
Lewiston is seriously polluted by the effluent from the local paper factory which continuosly beltches out a very noxious stentch rather like rotting cabbage next to the Super 8 Motel! This has been the situation since the factory came into operation some 15 years ago. The EPA should be advised of this situation and be forced to take steps to eliminate the effluent from the factory or close it permanently. The stentch from this large factory permeates not only Lewiston but also throughout Clarkston and the surrounding area and can only be described a a serious industrial pollution of the region.

Good location. Helpful lady on reception
Room was very dusty, bed uncomfortable.

The Staff - very courteous. The front desk lady tried to provide us a discount because our bed was NOT a true Queen Size, but the computer would not allow her to. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $300 I PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS!!! We appreciated her effort and kindness.
The room was not worth what I paid! The brown chair was ripped and unappealing. There was no closet, instead a rack placed above the ripped chair. The queen bed was a big disappointment and it is NOT a true queen bed size. My husband measured it and let the front desk lady know, as she was also trying to find out, when we had inquired about it. She went in to try and provide us a discount, but the system would not allow her to. The bed was also uncomfortable, especially for my husband. He could only sleep a few hours at a time 😒 Work has been very stressful for us and we were looking forward to a relaxing time away. That didn't happen!

They had a bag breakfast, which I have never heard of before. We didn't partake in. I was very disappointed. It was away from any restaurants or food, except a nasty convenient store nearby.
Desk agents. Cleanliness. Breakfast. Out of the way. No nearby restaurants or any place to go to.

The staff was very friendly. The location is okay just off the highway.
The location is near the river by a paper mill which creates an awful smell in the air outside the hotel. You want to get in your car and leave once you exit the door of the hotel--loading or unloading the car is unpleasant due to the smell. The air inside the hotel is fine. The room was a bit grimy. I noticed spots on the carpet and the metal frame of the bed stuck out so far that I banged my shin against it.
