It sucked.

The room was ok

The staff were never at the front desk. Took forever to check in and check out. They don’t have enough help apparently.

Worst Baymont I've ever stayed at rundown!

Nothing front desk person was rude and disrespectful didn't care about anything 😔 I told him the toilet ran over and we needed extra towels did not move out of his chair from front waiting area . Never brought towels and when I went to the front desk no one was to be found I waited and waited rung the bell 🔔 no one ever showed up!!!!!

Everything was wrong we get to the property after booking it on bookit.com no fees were mentioned had to have $100 deposit down it's ridiculous so underlying fees that were not even mentioned on your website I will never say here ever again the guy at the front desk was nowhere to be found after I even told him the toilet ran over in the floor and we need more towels and the hotel is totally ran down is the worst Baymont I've ever stayed in in my life I would not recommend it to no one it needs lots of upgrades room smell like smoke right when we got in it the guy said he didn't smell anything and I was so tired by the end I didn't even care and then the toilet ran over and apparently he didn't care anything about that either so yeah it was only supposed to be $98 I ended up paying $198 because of the deposit and you have to wait three to five business days to get it back and nothing was mentioned on the website at all about a deposit!!! So these people need to put this on the website so people will be prepared for it!!!

Don't come here if you're looking for customer service or comfort

The room was clean and well-kept. The breakfast was fine.

The guy at the front desk was less than inviting. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier but he did not greet us and was on his cell phone the entire time we were checking in. He asked for my ID and credit card then handed me my keys and receipt without a word, he didn't even tell me my room number until I asked. When we asked if we could use their printer to print off one piece of paper for the event we were attending the next day, he said no after asking if it was an emergency. This would be fine in any other circumstance, however when one of our friends asked he allowed them to use the printer for the same purpose. On another note, the room itself was clean but for some reason they didn't have any full size pillows? They gave us 4 small, cushion-like pillows for the bed but wrapped them in full size pillow cases. It was a little strange and very uncomfortable. I'm glad we only stayed one night because I will not be returning again.

Stay was comfortable and for the most part very clean.

Room was very clean. Chair in room needs replacing. Burnt holes in it and it was filthy. Rest of room was good and bed was very comfortable.

Just the chair and ottoman in the room that I mentioned was dirty and damaged.

Location and price

Breakfast 6-9 and at 8:30 they only replenished biscuits. The chair in our room needed to be replaced. Lobby furniture torn also

Great location but lacking cleanliness

The staff was helpful, they immediately assigned us a new room without questions. The location felt safe and was convenient.

Our first room smelled of urine upon entry. Due to the smell, I checked the sheets, I found hair and face paint in a made bed. The sheets we also incredibly threadbare. The second room was clean enough to sleep in but the bathroom needed a wiped own.The elevator looked like a movie theater on Friday night.

Worse hotel experience ever. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Nothing!!!!

The room was not as advertised. It did not have a bathtub and the picture showed a large jetted tub. It was dirty and smelled like smoke. The bathroom had dirty toilette paper and Toothpaste everywhere. The ice bucket had 2 used qtips in it. The lock was missing on the bathroom door and the hole filled with something squishy.The Murphy bed was so disgusting that it could not be used. The sheets on both beds were stained. The phone had no cord. Any employee waljed into our roo. Without knocking while our daughter was getting dressed, yet they were mad she was upset.Our complaints were met with no assistance, other than being told we would get a 10% discount and could stay an extra hour. However upon checking out we were not only not given any discount but was also charged for smoking marijuana ($200) and smoking ( another $100) we do not and did not smoke at all. We the room already smelled and they gave us freebreeze the night before when we complained. They called the cops saying we would not let them in the room. When neither us nor our stuff was in there. They lied and said we were threatening but the video we took shows otherwise. And they are still trying to run our card for additional charges.

The breakfast choices were really good my grandkids really enjoyed it as well as my daughter and I. The location was great not far from my son's house its why we come to visit Fayetteville 😊

There was nothing I disliked here it was very nice I will book again next trip .

The room and motel were exceptionally clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the Dove "pump" products in the restroom...eco-friendly and nice to use. The price was very affordable.

$50 for checking out one hour past the checkout time I requested a late check out at noon because of issues with my rental car couldn't leave until 1:00 I was charged $50 for for a late checkout fee on top of the $30 I was charged yesterday to check in early. When I asked the man for late check out he never informed me if I was any bit after noon that he was going to charge me $50 otherwise I would have waited outside. I will never Come back here, I feel hustled
