Would stay again but hopefully they fix the tvs

I liked the location and the rooms were clean

My tv did not work when getting there tried fixing myself before going to bed in darkness because it was 1 am and I didn’t want to bother the front desk

it was good we will stay again

breakfast was ok eggs were nasty but the rest was ok pool was good needed a hot tub conveniant to get to and was where we wanted to be close to shopping also

holes in the wall in our bathroom and some one stuck toilet paper in the holes and the towel holder was falling off the wall where they moved it to. I assume that is why there were holes above the toilet

They cleaned our rooms after the first night, we weren't expecting that, but it was nice. The mini fridge was a nice size and had a FREEZER for our freezer packs!

The toilet was so low we all complained about it and it wasn't secure to the floor, it rattled. That needed to be fixed. The pool looked like it needed to be redone and it reeked over too much chlorine. The breakfast area was tiny, and minimal. Over all it looked like they needed a redo, upgrade.

The rooms need painting, the bathroom door didn't lock, and the towels are old.

Exceptional

We had an awesome experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We asked if we could check in early and the manager had no problem with us coming in early. He waived the extra fee for us. When we got into the room if was very clean and even smelled clean. The beds and pillows were absolutely the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It was wonderful.

Could have had a bigger room for breakfast.

Cost and location next to many restaurants and walking distance to movie theater

Building looked aged, carpeting looked aged. Tiles around pool looked aged. In general building interior is outdated but still comfortable.

The room, outside conditions, and descriptions didn't match the ad that interested me in booking the room.

Comfy bed, nice large room and quiet

Pool was chilly, my daughter fell and hit her head on the floor in the pool area, she was walking very slowly, so be careful if you use the pool

Not a "Quality Inn". Good for passing through only.

Location and cost were the main factors.

It could be a lot better. The overall condition is average, lacking maintenance on those things that are cosmetic or convenient necessities, like a computer that can't access the internet for flight check-in's, a printer that is disconnected and out of ink (or very old), unable to access wifi in the room without IT help from the provider and then only for our stay after which it is turned off. Chipped and broken tile in the bathroom. Loose shower plumbing. An old sofa with completely worn out cushions. Hard to get out of. Breakfast sausages (under cooked) and eggs that were thin and flat like a beer coaster. No elevator. Basically, if it can be done for cheap or simply ignored (and live with the reviews like this one), so be it. Won't be back. Lots of choices near by.

A good value overall. I think it's rated pretty accurately. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I felt like the area was safe. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Hallways were dirty and smelly. Needs an elevator and a hot tub Rooms need updating. Chair in room was all stained and dirty

Rooms are clean, beds comfy, and the staff are exceptional. Well worth the price!

The Manager actually recognized our family from our previous stays and greeted us at the door; how kind! Also, the breakfast buffet was open again, which we appreciated.

Eggs and sausage were cold sadly.
