Not great. Will not book there anymore

Location! The area is very good and quiet.

Unfortunetaly my room didn't have a mattress in the sofa bed. The sofa would sink in when we sat there and couldn't use. I am very dissapointed. Anytime we turned on the vent in the kitchen it would smell like a dead rat.

Fantastic!! We’ll be back!!

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. My daughter had a fractured knee and was using crutches. We were given a condo on the first floor to accommodate her needs. Merlina, not sure if that is her name, at the front desk could not have been more helpful than she was!!

The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the pool closed early in the evening.

Coconut Palms II are lying about 4 adults fitting in the One Bedroom Bungalow with Sofa Bed

It was nice to be on the first floor and to have quick access to the beach and pool. I also liked that they let us check in early and the housekeeping staff didn't rush us out when it was time to check out.

Their bungalow came up as an option when I searched for rooms for 4 adults. The photos in the description showed sample apartments that would easily fit 4 adults -- turns out those photos were completely inaccurate. Even the check-in staff were shocked we had 4 adults staying in the room. They warned us that it would be tight and that the sofa bed would only fit one person. Then why was it listed on booking.com as accommodations for 4 adults? This bungalow is 100% intended for 2 adults...and MAYBE 1 child. My husband had to sleep on the remainder of the couch that didn't pull out with the sofa. He didn't have bedding because they only had extra bedding for the sofa bed. When we notified the staff at 7:30 pm that we needed more bedding they did not return our messages. So he had to sleep under beach towels we brought. The next day it was difficult to get extra bedding and when we finally did, there was no blanket or pillow with the bedding, just a sheet. So he was back to sleeping under towels. The four of us were on top of each other during our entire stay. There were 2 chairs in the small kitchen space, 2 beach towels, 2 bath towels... Clearly this was meant for 2 people to stay in. Also, the sliding door to the bedroom did not close all the way, which meant zero privacy between the 2 couples staying here. The listing was completely misrepresented and it was too late for us to find a new place to stay by the time we saw the property. I complained about it through booking.com, and the only thing that was offered to us was an apology. I've contacted American Express to get a refund. If Coconut Palms II would apologize to me directly and offer me something for our trouble and FIX the listing on the website, I would consider staying here again. Until then, I will never recommend it -- and I've lived an hour away for my entire life and everyone I know goes to NSB exclusively.

Outstanding stay in a great location!

Location, staff, room size and comfort were all incredible! Will definitely be back again! Being close to so much local food was awesome, and we got to try several new places that weren't necessarily part of our trip that were great!

The only downfall at all is that not all of the pool and beach accesses have been reopened yet. Just a short walk to get to each from our building, but we still had an amazing time!

Great place

Great place, great staff. But one MAJOR problem. There was NO beach access. Before you book this hotel, make sure that there is beach access.. They own more than one building and the building that we were in, Royal Palm, did not allow you to enter the beach. We went there specifically to go to the beach and not being able to access it was a big inconvenience and disappointment.

Great stay for two nights. Had one of the bungalows and it was perfect. Location was great and pool area, beach, etc. were also very nice. One pool was closed, but it didn't matter. Walked to everything in town.

Perfect beach front location. We stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom unit- it had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly.

No hot tub. Second pool was closed. No restaurant or bar.

Vacation with are autistic 3 year old.

Great location , we loved it . We came with are autistic 3 year old and it was very comfortable. The room was pretty safe and had a few baby proofed features which we appreciated. The beach access was closed at the hotel but there is a public access one building over so it eas still super easy and convenient to walk o to the beach. The room had everything we need and the hotel had great customer service . We almost extended out trip. We got the two bedroom it ended up having a balcony and partial ocean views . There was plenty of room for our son to play and regulate comfortably.

Only one pool was open and it was not heated. We were all disappointed! Pull out sofa was not too comfortable. Fitness room not available

Lovely oceanfront vacation!

Our bungalow was oceanfront and very comfortable! The staff were very nice and helpful.

There were not enough plugs in convenient places for phones, etc.

Being woken up on 2 of the mornings by cleaning or maintenance staff banging in the door. Once to service the fire extinguisher and then on checkout day to clean the room 2 hours before checkout
