We are a family of 4 with a 14 year old boy and 12 year old girl. 1 Hotel room isn’t working for us as the kids get bigger. Sure, I could get connecting rooms but this condo was perfect! 3 separate sleeping areas. 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. We went skiing this trip and had lots of room to spread out and put all our gear. And the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after skiing. The location was great. I love the North Conway area. Shopping and lots of different restaurants. Close to many ski resorts too. The kids loved the whole place.
As I read with other reviews, the place does need some updates. There were water stains throughout the ceilings. But everything worked and the beds were comfortable.

I like that the cottage was spacious and in a good location near restaurants and skiing.
The cottage itself was clean/ and roomy. It was rather outdated but that was ok. Only thing that bothered me was that no one told us to bring our own towels for the pool. Towels were not be supplied at the pool due to Covid/ and you had to walk outside to the pool due to Covid. There seemed to be only one towel inside the unit for each person to use for the weekend. I also wish check out time was later than 10. They did not accept a request for a later check out. Would I stay there again … yes as it was roomy and close to attractions.

The pool was fun. There’s enough room for 6 people
The place is outdated and the price seems a bit high for the quality of the place.

We liked the location and being near enough the local restaurants and shopping plazas
The cold water would run out trying to fill the whirlpool tub.

Great location and the staff were excellent. I was able to visit over Columbus Day weekend for our annual girls get a way and was impressed with the spacious setting and dollar value. The only criticism I have is that the place was really dated however; it certainly doesn’t outweigh the value, location and spacious accommodations. I would certainly book here again.

Size of unit and it was comfortable for a family of four. Also late booking availability in peak fall season.
For >$500/night we expected a bit more attention to quality of services.
1) required to take your own trash to dumpsters...very high penalty fee for leaving trash in unit.
2) Required to wash and put away all dishes
3) Required to strip all beds and leave linens in each room, bed, baths and kitchen
4) Beds extremely squeaky...woke ourselves just sleeping
5) Only hand soap in baths. No shampoo, no notice to bring your own.
6) If needing any more supplies (soap, tissues, dishwasher detergent, etc) you must purchase extra
Had we paid $120 a night, this is all reasonable. Yet for the price of a 4 star hotel in Manhattan, we would like not to have gone on vacation to do housework everyday.

The location was perfect. Close to everything, but far enough away from the crazy busy downtown. I would stay again.
With kids - they were excited to use the arcade at night, but it was closed to COVID. The pool could have been warmer but still enjoyable. Access at night to the Pool was tough as a pathway was not well lit and or signed as to how to access since no access was permitted through a building. Also, gym facilities closed

Killed a cockroach in my room. Expected to clean everything before we leave but was dirty when we arrived. Haven’t been since I was little when I loved it. Disappointed.

Large Rooms, plenty of space. Condo was close to attractions and restaurants. Convienient accommodations; Included Linens and Toiletries, Soap, plates, pots, pans, dishwasher, laundry etc. Indoor/Outdoor pool was clean and not crowded.
Weekend Pool hours were cropped, closing very Early on saturday. Didnt offer late checkout, Confusion between Booking.com (10-11am) and resort checkout times(10am sharp). Rooms were dated.

I liked the size of the place.. It was a nice property inside. But everything else ruined it..
1st off way to pricey for what they offer. So many problems. And the staffs attitude was atrocious, also my fiance has mercer because the bathroom towel holder broke off the wall and hit her in the face causing a cut now mercer... Staff was the rudest ive ever dealt with. Worst 4th of july in 45 years on this earth..

Property was not ready for rental ( inside was ok BUT once sofa bed was pulled out the inside was full of food etc...) We were told upon arrival we were 1st guest SO that being said place was not cleaned previously. We only stayed one night left the nest day ( no cable , which the property manager said there was issues with spectrum and there was 9 units without cable ) so I understand that but then why not put us in a unit with cable if there’s 9 without it. Don’t rent what your ADVERTISING as amenities IF YOUR AWARE ITS NOT AVAILABLE. How about this one ( we had NO HOT WATER ) we had to boil water on the stove to give kids a bath .... REALLY ??? Again the property was not properly prepared as my husband had to help ( 70+year old managers husband pull out stackable washer and dryer to reset hot water heater !.) He was a kind soul but honestly my husband had to help him as he was obviously not in the greatest of health and was sharing about his recent cancer surgery. Covid is Covid I can understand but no cable no hot water have nothing to do with Covid ! And there’s more told I could only park in my spot came back and someone is in my spot ... Yet supposedly no ones there ? Lots of mixed messages and why is a tennis court locked up ? It’s outside ... so many issues too many to write about.
It was not ready for guests ... liked the location but once again so many rules for renters but property was not prepared for guests and website most definitely needs to be updated with correct information on amenities ( when a pool closes at 5 on a Saturday night and a tennis court is locked 24 -7 the website should reflect that ! Same for the gym that was unavailable. Disappointed is an understatement:-(

Love the location and how we could accommodate our whatcha le family . Staff was super nice and helpful when needed
Not he cleanest. Crumbs and trash left under furniture and beds. Door knob to upstairs bathroom was difficult to close. Parking spaces were limited and not cleared well of snow.
