Would stay at redwood again if the bed was better

The property was fine and the room was good and clean but

The bed in 309 was extremely uncomfortable. Had to stay in the middle of the bed or you could roll off

Great value. Pleasant modern accommodations. Simple, yet nutritious, breakfast.

Friendly and professional reception. Modern and very clean room. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of offerings - cereal choices, juices, good coffee, yogurt, bananas, muffins, and sweet buns. Great breakfast for an economy motel.

Very disappointed. For the price you’d think you’d get better quality.

Location

Maintenance needs to be done. The air conditioner didn’t work. The shower had no pressure because it was all coming out of the faucet and not the shower head. I had to clean the sink out. It didn’t look like the room had been cleaned other than fresh bedding and clean towels.

Clean rooms, thin walls, you here everything in next room.

Room was clean

Walls very thin. Guy next door snore and we could hear it, when they got up early, we could here every word they said.

Excellent stop for weary travelers

Excellent value for money. Great location near to wide choice of restaurants but still very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean.

If driving thru needed a quick place for nightit would be ok. But would not stay over 24 hours

Location was good . Staff very nice.

Bathroom extremly small. Walls could have been cleaned. Checked out a day early didn't seem to know how to get charge off credit card.

Location is close to I-75. Restaurants are nearby.

Great place to stop on our journey

Outside was clean and tidy . Rooms were pretty good. Some updates done. Staff was friendly

Breakfast was grab and go and very little selection . Beds were a bit small - double not queen.

It was very clean, comfortable at a good price as we were passing through heading home.

The breakfast was a take and go. Muffins, yogurt coffee water. Quick and convenient

You need a bigger sign . It was hard to find the road to get back to the hotel

Convenient location. Good value

Lackluster breakfast offerings. Location close to highway but not immediately obvious how to enter. Had to adjust drapery pin to get curtains to close completely.

Nickle and Dime In Lieu of Customer Loyalty

Exterior and lobby were very nice.

The room was ready early but they made me pay an extra $20 for early check In. That is terrible business practice where they want money once instead of long-term customers. It was not the budget value I had hoped for and I would have cancelled if not so tired. Room had old food stains on wall by trash and a layer of dust on a shelf. It met my need for rest but not impressed.
