A Blessing

We have been waiting on a place to rent we both are 66 and 67 this is a bad chapter in our life needless to say the kindness and respect really helps very satisfied ❤️

it was a place to sleep. and shower.

it was close to everything

what they called clean, was not clean. there was a very clear and large dirty handprint on the door facing into the bathroom. there was hair all over the shower walls and they had residue as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. also there was no complementary breakfast and the phones weren’t in plugged into the wall. the extra lock at the top of the door was busted off the wall.

Dirty towels, bottom of tub with 30+ cigarette burns, fridge didn't work. Need I go on.

Friendly lady that checked me in, quick booking process online and convenient place

I left super early I didn’t get a chance to get anything

The lady that works overnight was not friendly like the first person I encountered. It seemed like a issue to even bother asking a simple question.floors were dirty, microwave did not work , linen smelled weird, uncomfortable beds/pillow

I was honestly scared to eat the breakfast due to the state of my room.

People were loud and banging around in their rooms ALL night long. The phone in the room didn’t even work to call the front desk. Also, the room was infested with fleas. When I woke up and got out of bed my ankles were covered in them. It was horrific. When I told the front desk before I left they seemed unbothered and didn’t even apologize for the awful night.

when I arrived to check in the staff was not friendly or welcoming. when I went to my room the room was not cleaned and the bed was unmade. I went to the front desk and informed her and she was unpleasant towards me while giving me another room. The second room was also dirty and beds were unmade. The woman gave me a third room and there were no wash rags in the third room.

I had no tv and because I was not in room they would not fix it. This should of been checked when room was cleaned. Was very upset about this

Everything in the room was wet; sheets, towels, floor, ceiling...Even the lamp shades were Dripping yellow nicotine (in a non smoking room). I didn't sleep at all. There was mold on the ceiling. I am guessing they need to service the AC.

A Decent Place to Stay in Crestview

Based on the outside of the building and the parking lot, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. It was clean, comfortable, and decently decorated. The person who checked us in was extremely pleasant.

As mentioned, the outside areas of the hotel needs some sprucing up. After we got moved into our room, we discovered the TV was not working. As it turns out, the cable box was missing and it took about a half hour for them to get it up and running. It should obviously be checked beforehand that everything in the room is in working order. The morning clerk was the opposite of the evening clerk... very unfriendly. The breakfast was pretty pathetic, but maybe we've gotten spoiled by Best Westerns.

It's a good place to spend one night when passing through

Location was excellent. Continental breakfast was not stocked with many items. Room looked nice, room had no carpet and I like that. Looked clean, but ceiling over the tub/shower has some mildew in the ceiling. It was nice for a one night stay.

Mildew on ceiling over the shower, a closed in smell when we first entered the room, not enough items for breakfast, only had coffee to drink.

Glad we stayed there; nice place

very clean and very well taken care of; comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and the room was cold with A/C before we arrived; the general manager gave us an upstairs room as requested; good selection of TV channels with easy to operate controls

The morning staff were not friendly. Breakfast was minimal but did have hot waffles although no butter. Price was a little high but good compared to others nearby.

Not impressed with breakfast as some of the items were old/stale and/or not available (e.g., juice machine was in operative.)

Deposit was double billed resulting in an extra $50 being charged me. I am trying to recover!!

Staff made all the difference in the world! Day shift red haired girl was condescending and snotty each day but every ot

able to book extended nites during stay and only pay after previous booking is finished

trouble with volume and Cox remotes never fixed it $50 extra deposit but Hotwire did NO such thing!
