Other than the bed, we have no other complaints

It was clean and the coffee at breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The only real issue we had was the bed. It was VERY uncomfortable so we ended up losing sleep and checking out early the next morning

Small, I’d stay again. But, would definitely like my room and bathroom cleaned.

The property was clean and neat The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was clean, neat and well stocked

The “suite” was extremely small and it isn’t cleaned everyday. You have to ask for towels. Even had to ask for garbage to be emptied. Bathrooms were not cleaned daily. The book in the room says the rooms are cleaned and the beds are made, but that never happened the whole stay. No one ever cleaned or even entered the rooms.

Very pleased with this place.

Everything was good. Cleanliness exceptional. Bed very comfortable. But staff were the best. Outstanding. It was one of those trips where I constantly had requests and always the answer was: Yes, of course we can do that for you!” So refreshing! Also we left something behind in the room and the hotel called and we were able to retrieve the item. Truly exceptional customer service.

Most comfortable bed ever

Front desk staff were exceptional. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. The most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on!

Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. No sheer curtains, so no privacy if you wanted natural light in the room. The sofa and chair upholstery need to be cleaned, but otherwise a clean, comfortable room.

housekeeping services was terrible old urine was on toilet when we checked in. tub had black buildup coming out the drain when you ranned the water also the water in tub didn’t get hot . floors was dirty .

Never again.

Nothing, a family emergency prevented us from going. Tried to explain to choice hotels but to no avail. Still lost money

That choice hotel apparently does not care about the customer. Tried calling to explain, but basically it was sorry charlie.
