The only good thing I can say about that hotel other than we managed to live through that entire night of complete nastiness was that the hot water in the shower was actually hot, and that we actually escaped that hole with our lives. THAT is the only good thing anyone can ever say about this place.
The clerk ignored me for several minutes upon my arrival when she wasn't waiting on anyone. She appeared to be reading a newspaper. She asked me if I had a room preference... upstairs or downstairs. When I said "downstairs", she then said there were no downstairs rooms available. Got to the room and the door would not open After several tries, we finally had to push the door open with force using an arm and shoulder. Also there was no coffee maker in the room, even though the website says there are coffee makers. We called the lobby and someone said she would have someone bring one up. We waited 30 minutes and when they never showed up, we went downstairs to speak to the clerk who told us that there are no coffee makers in any of the rooms, even though there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and even though the website says there are coffee makers in the rooms. The sheets on the beds were dirty and wrinkled, and so were the blankets on both of the beds. The beds were very hard, and the made a sound each time you even moved on them, as if they were going to break. The bathtub was the most disgusting site I had ever seen... beyond nasty. The floor in the bathroom filthy... dirt and mud all over. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower that leaked some sort of roofing material. The walls were so thin that I was awaked at 5:00 a.m. by some laughing kids that sounded as if they were not next door but several doors down. I have never in my life seen a hotel as nasty and filthy as this one. I wish I had taken pictures or a video. The service was horrible. The room was filthy. Oh, and the towels and wash cloths were dingy white and did not smell clean.

I waited 2hours in the lobby to check in and then I was told they would not give me and my 7 year old daughter a room because there electric went out for 5 min and then cam back on the told me that some one would call me to send me to another motel and this never happened we had to sleep in a parking lot however other guests were staying in the hotel with no problem.

Nothing
The elevator dropped a floor and was screeching, evening front desk staff was rude, I was overcharged for my room, bed sheets weren't clean, jewelry from previous person left behind. The floor had mold in one room and the wall was crumbling at the floor in the other room.

It was way too hot in there and the shower wouldn’t drain.

I appreciated the Staff attempting to accommodate us-- the Manager cleaned the 3 rooms so we could stay there but we waited 3 hours for that-- most guests cancelled their reservations
Waited 3 hours past check=in time for rooms-- rooms smelled like smoke; toilet broken; not totally clean; I was very frustrated that we were charged double-- both on the card used to reserve the rooms and card used upon stay. It still hasn't been refunded yet

it was located it a good area, with lots to do near by!
the room smelled terrible, even though it was a non smoking room, there were roaches crawling in the bathroom, thankfully the only place we saw them. the carpet felt like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, my feet turned black just from walking on them for a little bit before I noticed. the bar on the other side of the hotel, was disgusting.

The rate was alright for the area.
Everything was old. The mattress was flat, low to the ground and didn't seem to have a lot of life left in it. The floor was some kind of wood floor but there was a big space about a inch and half wide at one of the seams. The room was dark colors and didn't seem real clean.

My husband was a patient in the St John Physical Rehab center half a miles away. Location was excellent for me. QT next door. Room clean with loveseat and chairs. Lamps had USB ports.
I didn't feel good about going into the hotel and down a deserted hall to the elevator. It was in a separate building from the lobby.

Location
The nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the room smelled horrible, stale and moldy. It did not look clean. I did not want to sit anywhere. I left, could not stay there or invite anyone over

The room was comfortable and quiet
Some one stole my heavy duty portable wagon from the first floor lobby and the hotel said their was a glitch in their cameras so I was out of luck and out $200 since I had to purchase another one. The hotel desk clerk hangs up on me everytime I try to call and talk to vic who left a message on my phone to call him. Very rude staff I am a single mom and spending that $100 again really put me in a bad spot
