the circular pool is super nice and fun for kids. the location is beautiful and the nearby pond/lake is very pretty.
in regards to the room:
little details were missed by housekeeping. one of our “new” room waters was opened. the Kleenex box was empty and I requested a refill that never came. the lightbulb was out on the nightstand light. I requested a new one that never came.
in regards to the facilities:
the gym door that leads to the pool gets jammed and needs to be repaired, I could not get it to open multiple times.

Cant say too much. Nice person at front desk.
Rooms are off the 101 freeway. Super loud property. Like you are on the freeway. Rooms so so. Pool area kinda dingy and dirty.

Property facilities exceeded expectations. Beautiful grounds, onsite restaurants were excellent and large comfortable rooms. I couldn't imagine staying elsewhere when visiting again.

Rooms clean and pretty
Bed mattress were hard and not comfortable. They seemed like old mattresses.
Also a big issue is that the electrical outlets were few and in order to plug in a phone or computer we had to disconnect a lamp or other hotel appliance. In many upgraded hotels the electrical is upgraded.
Also in the bathroom when I used the dryer while the bathroom light and hallway light was on the breaker tripped twice. We had to call Maintinance department to fix it. It seemed like the GFI needed to be replaced. When it tripped the hall light would turn off as well as the GFI bathroom plug. Room 206 I believe is what we stayed in.

Didn’t have the breakfast, the location was nice and the grounds were nice as well. I had higher expectations for a hotel with such great ratings.
For a suite that cost $522/night, you expect certain things. Floors in the bathroom were dirty, cheap plastic toilet seat that was broken, cheap 2 ply toilet paper, low water pressure, construction outside, limited parking, couch was dirty, coffee table and desk were damaged and very cheap, couldn’t control the ceiling fan speed in the room, bed was very hard and prevented us from being comfortable or sleeping well.

the staff, the cleaning team, the easy parking, the calming environment and beautiful facility.

Like how the property had lots of things to do.
Thought our room had a bath tub and fire place which it didn’t I was sad to see that.
