Roach Infested and Unsanitary

Nothing

Unsanitary. There were roaches everywhere, they even had dead roaches on top of the refrigerator, dirty sheets, toilet filthy, trash on floor by trashcan. I want my money back. They offered to change rooms, but they were even nastier and smelled like a dog pen. I am still waiting for a refund and call from the manager.

Disappointing

I love that my dog stayed free and the rooms are huge.

We had to pay a $50 deposit and then I laid in bed and watched cockroaches crawl up the wall.

I appreciate having stayed at the Red Roof Inn, I got well rested, and had plenty of peace and quie.

The room was clean and comfortable. Located at an accessible site.

There could be a little more lighting around the parking area.

Had a noisy neighbor who left his TV blairing loud all night hacking cough through the night.. asked to be moved, empty rooms available but was told we couldn't move because of noisy neighbor..

Good value for money.

Huge refrigerator and freezer. Almost as large as in my kitchen. Very hot water. Clean room. Very large room. Nice lighted mirror. Microwave. The bed was comfortable. The staff that I met were friendly and steered me to a great restaurant, Montana Mike's. Awesome food and plenty of it. I would stay again.

The bathtub drained very slowly. Ceiling tiles in the dressing room were water stained. Toilet seat should be changed. The heat lamp in the bathroom wasn't an actual heat lamp and the vent fan didn't work. The room could use paint. Smelled a little like cigarette smoke but not terribly so.

We got some decent rest after the room cooled and had a fabulous pizza from Monicals

Didn't have breakfast.

The price was horrendous. $144???? We always check beds for bugs no matter where we stay. Lifted the mattress and there was a syringe!! It had not been used thank God, but not what you want to see. We were told that the previous guest was diabetic...but who puts their syringes under a mattress?? The floor was filthy. The AC was off and it had been 90 degrees that day and took a good bit of time to cool the room. We had driven 400 miles on a motorcycle and we're very hot and tired. The staff was friendly and helpful enough, but were dressed in tshirts.

Excellent stay!!!!

Everything, and I mean everything was excellent!!! Staff answered all questions and were very knowledgeable!!! Room was clean and comfortable and everything worked!!!
