We booked this for the pool for my daughter and her friend to swim, and the pool was “closed”. Rooms were okay, but sheets had fuzz and hair, not sure if they were washed. Requested clean sheets and changed them myself. Complimentary breakfast was nice, until the nozzle broke off the batter dispenser, and batter went everywhere.

Rooms were clean and smelled very good the ability to have a small kitchen
The breakfast was crappy. Need better selection

Nice amenities and great breakfast sandwiches.
The shower had bottles for shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall, but they were empty. The shower appeared as though it had just been used (wet and hair in it) when I arrived.

The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was very clean & we loved all of the amenities the room had to offer! Will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were large, with doors between bedroom and other areas. Self made Waffles were good and tasty. The coffee was pretty good.
I actually had to ask the front desk how to work the shower. When the guy that showed up to help finally got it working the pressure was low and water was only Luke warm at best for my wife's shower in the afternoon. The next day I took a shower and it was either scorching hot or ice cold. It literally took me several minutes to balance it out and be able to shower. There was some type of food crumbs, (I assume), all over the couch which were not noticeable until sitting down due to coloration of the couch. The bed was a full size and I expected a queen. The bed also had me rolling towards the middle as it's apparently worn out. All the breakfast sandwiches were ice cold in the middle and we tried a couple different types.

Nice pool, great staff, clean rooms, lots of amenities
It was a little noisy (there was a kids baseball game in town, so it wasn't something the staff could've/should've controlled) I could hear the rt40 traffic through the window

The front desk clerk was friendly/ personable.
When I first got my assigned room it was already assigned to someone else. I only discovered this upon entering the room with my access key, and they were inside. I wasn't offered any type of inconvenience fee or waiver due to this.

The location was great! Easy access to the highway. The interior of the lobby was beautiful, with a great staff waiting for you at the desk. The room was absolutely phenomenal. I was very very impressed with this hotel!
The ice machines didn't work besides the lobby

size of room was great
floors were not vacuumed. Could have had more details to cleaning

it was decent
they did not have any regular syrup. I was called during my 4-hour ride in traffic asking if I would switch hotels for the weekend. I arranged my team to all stay at the hotel months ago. 11 families. I was very disappointed that the Manager who offered to compensate us for moving, then blew me off, once he had cancellations and could provide us with rooms. Dante literally turned away from me to help my friend, rather than acknowledge what unnecessary stress and uncertainty of having a room he caused to myself and another one of my families. It was very unprofessional, and we should have been offered the same compensation we were offered if we had to moved to the other hotel (to help them out because the army decided to stay longer than planned. This was not my problem, it was Dante's, I booked months ago.

Clean, fresh, good amenities, helpful staff.
The shower gel container in the shower didn’t work and fell off the wall when I touched it. A safe would have been good too.
