Café da manhã no quarto face às obras da recepção e restaurante, faltou mais variedade nos itens do café da manhã.

La limpieza diaria, instalaciones bien mantenidas, el personal muy amable, la habitaciones es completa microondas, refrigerador, mesa para desayunar, aire acondicionado, muy cómodo, me hospede con mi hijo por 9 días y sin duda volveré.

No tengo puntos negativos.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, nice that they switch up the items daily. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location which was great.

Doing construction so every once in awhile, not often, the power would go off and on but it really didn't affect our stay.

The best points about this hotel was the really competitive price - can pay a lot more, especially nearer to the Orlando Parks. And the location was good - took just under 30 minutes to drive to Universal Studios for example. Also - the room was spacious and the A/C kept us lovely and cool in the Florida heat.

The whole site felt a little run down - then there was major construction work taking place whilst we stayed and for this reason much of the site was temporarily closed down. And our room felt a little dated to be honest. Also - there does not appear to be a breakfast option.

Not a thing, the management lies to you right to your face. I won't mention her name " N "

So let me explain why I even went there, my truck broke down right a round the corner from this place. First it's not the greatest of neighborhoods. So not know what was wrong with my truck and it being so late at night, I booked 2 nights there and the weather that weekend was calling for below freezing temperatures. I checked in late at nights, as I walked to my room I noticed you could look right into my room seeing my bed, so I tried to close the curtain / blind. But it didn't work, so I reached for the hotel phone on the table to call the front desk and there was nothing, Not Working. So I walk back to the main building to the office, they call maintenance, they come and fix the blind and the phone. Now that it's so late I just brushed my teeth and wash my face and hands then headed right to bed, at approximately 6:30am I was woken by the sounds of a jackhammer outside the front of my room, they shut off the water to all their rooms so you couldn't wash, shower not even use the toilet, where I had to walk down the street to use the bathroom at a gas station. Went back and they promised the water would be back on soon, the weather started to turn for the worse temps dropped fast, I went back to my room to turn on the heat and the heater / ac unit wasn't working at all it had power but that was it. Another call to the front desk and a wait for maintenance only to tell me the unit was broken, they never once wanted to move me to another room, but instead brought in a little space heater, and the only outlet that had power was the one at the foot of the bed, we all know how safe and reliable space heaters are... Let me finish this off, they charged me over $100 per night which I believe was $99 per night over priced, the water never came back on and during all this unhealthy disruption they continued to book people in, instead of closing or turning the people away. Money Hungry Disrespectful way of Doing Business.
