Nothing except the location it is dirty had roaches and room ac was not working not to mention seedy customers smoking marihuana next door
When I walked in the room and saw roaches in the bathroom and notice ac was blowing hot I asked for a refund manager refused and said it was not refundable I left and was not going to stay in such a place I didn’t seek safe and I didn’t get my money back even though she saw the roaches and the aircon was not blowing cold air she had no sympathy or integrity that was a terrible long night since I had to then drive in the middle of the night in search of another place to stay I did find a Hampton inn abt 30 minutes south of there in Dunedin that was lovely

The room was dirty. Sheets, pillows and linens were dirty. Actual pillows should be bleached or thrown away. Cable didn’t work. One plug outlet and no bedside lamps. People walking around all night. Police presence due to homeless people hanging around. Room next door was noisy with
radio playing till 11pm. The matress itself was dirty also. We were gonna check out and sleep in my truck. The room was hot for hours.. till the AC finally caught up. No phone in room. Used cell to call office to ask if they had a cooler room and she said no.

The Bed only.
Yellow water coming out of bathtub. Stayed for one night only and did not get my refund for the inconveniences.

The location was convenient. I enjoyed being close to downtown.
The floors in the room were filthy. You could see visible dirt on the tile throughout the room. I had to walk around with shoes. There was a small spider that I found in my bed and a huge beetle/cockroach that I found on the ground. Additionally, the sheets had stains on them. Lastly, there was no peephole in the door. This is a safety concern especially if you are a woman traveling alone. How is anyone to know who is knocking on the door?
3.5
Room was clean. Plenty of parking.
No breakfast, no coffee in room, main door didn’t look too secure. No place close by to get a cup of coffee.

The location was far better than the facilities. We had no hot water in our shower, an experience I’ve never had in the US. The room was run down, the ac had to be unplugged to stop. The bathroom had no fan, etc. The receptionist was behind plexiglass, despite being in an apparently good neighborhood. If renovated, the motel could recapture its retro charm, but for now it’s a dump.

trying to update snd it was clean.
no pictures and it just lacked character and warmth.

this was not a hotel but a dumpster.

Only that it is located on the bayou..
The front door would not shut all the way.. unable to lock it. Could see daylight through sides of door..no click.no alarm..no end tables..no lamps..towels rough.cheap and only 2..I left.

The location was very good. The room was clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean.
Since it was the epiphany celebration traffic was a bit congested. The bed could of used another blanket.

There is nothing I like about this motel other than location. This is the worst motel I have been ever. So damp and I smell mold in the air. Even worse, the air conditioner was dirty and dusty, so I couldn’t use it.
Nothing

Nothing!!!!
This hotel is disgusting, filthy bed sheets, old food left in the microwave, prostitues roaming around and living at the hotel. People up slamming doors at 3am! Pool is gross with leaves and debris in it. Do not stay here!!

The staff was very polite and very understanding. We a situation happen that caused us to not even sleep at the hotel due to a very serious situation at an event we attended. We had not been released in time for the check out time so they extended the time for us without penalty.
No irons in the room.

Nothing
The room was dirty, the room was dark, there were no conditions for a confortable stay. The hotel look from a 3rd world hotel. The kitchen, bathroom and room overall was dirty. There were no elevator, no reception or lobby. The hotel outside was dirty, the stairs were uncomfortable and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

The bathroom was huge, Great shower, water was hot! The beds were nice & comfy &The location was Wonderful!! 😊
The hotel needs updated badly, especially the outside. The pool was gross!! Someone asked me for money for a beer before I even made it inside my room & there was no toliet paper or soap upon arrival.

The clientele were borderline poverty and street people. The rooms had insect infestations - overall cleanliness of the room was below basic standards. In summary I would not recommend this facility nor will I ever stay there again. It was like living in a slum
1.5
Nice location, but you get what you pay for, old, badly renovated dark room. No lamps, no phone, no clock. At the least there were no cockroaches!

The check in person was very friendly and the pool appeared to be very clean but we didn't get a chance to use it.
Several people appear to actually live at the hotel full time and they just sit outside of their rooms smoking. Deadbolt on door not functional. Wrecked lamp with no lightbulbs. I had to got to office to get toilet paper. Room needs upgrade but it was clean.

Did not look like the picture. Smelled like cigarettes. Disgusting.
