Dump

Almost nothing. Scabby and not run well. Location was the best thing for me but would not stay here again.

Nothing worked. AC and shower curtain both failed.

Way too expensive for this level

Room - The door of the toilet did not close. Breakfast was a disgrace! The products are not fresh and not edible; the floor is sticky and disgusting. There was a torn net at the exit to the balcony, probably a burglary attempt that they didn't even bother to fix.

This motel is comfortable and inexpensive.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking is very convenient. My room had no highway noise. My only cavil is for the pillows, which are like sandbags.

The pillows aren't very comfortable.

The property manager was routed himself he never canceled. My booking charged me and I am still trying to get my money b

Wasn’t able to go to the property one called the property manager to let them know that I’ll be arriving late. I was very rude over the phone and said that we are close. He’s gonna be canceling my booking and hanged up right away.

It was fine for a one night stay.

The room was clean and nice, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. The heater worked perfectly.

The TV remote was difficult to work. The buttons were not sensitive enough so you needed to pound frequently on the buttons. I also asked for some decaf coffee and was told they didn't carry it or tea. Vending machines were lackingand no breakfast.

parking spot under the room was great

Bed sheets were dirty and torn. Door wouldn’t fully close and allowed a draft to come in. Floor was dirty, and curtains were as well.

Horrible!

I did not have breakfast..

When I arrived the receptionist, was speaking on the phone. He never greeted me, just kept on talking on the phone the whole time. He slid a form across to me with another guests information on it. I told him this was not me as I am obviously not a man. He then grabbed the form and threw a different one at me. I had previously requested a ground floor room, when I mentioned this he became furious and said I could go somewhere else, as he did not have any other rooms. This was at 11pm. I wish I could have gone somewhere else. The condition of the room was horrible. Worn out carpeting, old sunken mattress, lumpy pillow and only one thin blanket. It was also cold and rainy that night.. There are lots of hotels in this same area, some less expensive. Whatever you book it cannot be worse than this place. Be warned!

Nice layout, comfortable room

Fridge was iced over, could not use freezer, had to defrost it myself. Unfortunately, we had very noisy upstairs neighbors. Clomping around till late.

This hotel might have been good in the 1960’s but run down.

The location was close to my son’s house.

The property is run down. The stove was damaged and just left there. The bathroom door was damaged - water or dogs. Many electrical plugs no most did not work.

The room I got was sub-standard & no refund given!!

I reserved a room at the Marin Inn & Suites. I’d never stayed there before. It was supposed to be a balcony with a kitchenette. It didn’t say that there was no “balcony”( a little porch”), and that there was no elevator. I had to carry my luggage & bags down 3 flights of stairs to a cigarette-smelling room! it was poorly lit and very depressing looking. It wasn’t at all what I’d ever stayed in before! I went to the office to tell them the issues I had, and they were very uncaring. I asked for another room and they said they booked. I asked for a refund and they declined. I’ve never had an experience like this! 👎👎👎

Comfy room

It was apartment look with balcony. Kitchen stocked and clean. The room was nice though I'll go back.

great staff, value and location just need to address certain guest concerns.I would recommend this location to anyone an

location and price. staff were exceptional, I arrived late in the evening after flying into San Francisco. I received a call as soon as I landed to check if my party made it safely and what to see what time we could arrive 1130 pm. he was very friendly and professional. once we arrived at the property he was engaging and humorous as we finished paperwork. cleaning staff were friendly and helped immensely when we had a complaint or problem.

antiquated decor, dead bugs in the bathroom and kitchenettes torn bed scarf gave a poor impression of the room cleanliness quality and cleaning staff, however, an easy fix and quickly rectified with friendly staff members as were the dead bugs in both locations. my sisters room has a stove that had burnt s food splatter on the stove top which was a let down that it wasn’t cleaned or replaced. the breakfast offerings were adequate although a hot option would have been nice. we couldn’t get into the pool area to lay out or swim but it looked clean.
