Budget motel, no frills. Could be cleaner but it is bug free and fairly quiet for the location.

Room was as expected.

No where in the booking do I recall seeing any mention of a cash deposit required for the tv remote. I do not travel with cash and there is no ATM on the premises. It made it very inconvenient. Floors were filthy, just walking from the bathroom to the bed after a shower left the bottom of my feet black!

Very nice staff.

This was not the best motel ever but it was a great motel for the price. The place was clean it was pretty close to shopping and food and what made my stay better than anything was the kind employees super nice super honest and Ill definitely go back.

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay.

Absolutely amazing and I will always stay here whenever I come to L.A.

I loved staying at New Century Inn and this is my second time staying. I will continue coming to this location as they are nice and secure and have super clean rooms and very friendly staff!

Just more towels and hand soap.

It’s not bad for the money you pay but we couldn’t find anything better last minute so yea. I mean it’s in a safe place

The location is really good. It’s somewhat close to the rose bowl stadium that I was going to for the weekend. The room I booked was quite large so that was a plus. The wifi does work well and the staff is nice at the check in desk. We had a refrigerator and lots of table space which was nice. There is free hot water in the lobby.

The place itself is kind of old which you can see from the pictures. You can hear people walking and talking at night. The shower curtain had uh… some kind of red stain on it which I’m not going to think about anymore. (My friend and I will forever say it’s a marker stain) The outlets were kind of loose so it was sometimes hard to charge our phones or use a hair dryer. Then we found one cockroach in the bathroom so yea….. but it never came back after …. so that was a plus?

Very overpriced for how poorly cleaned but the neighborhood is fairly safe

The location is nice to Pasadena and the room size is pretty good

There were burn holes in the shower curtain, regular curtains and even the towels. The staff is not very friendly, and the phone isn’t even useable. The WiFi is terrible and for $100 a night you are getting the value of a $30 a night room

It was reasonably close to the Rose Bowl, freeway, and restaurants.

Lots of things. I usually reserve judgement on peoples businesses. But, I wish I would have found bad reviews before I booked a stay here. it was not clean, the pillows have lumps in them, the TV remote didn’t work and didn’t have ESPN as was claimed. it was a really bad experience with check-in, help getting the TV working, and just overall bad.
