I’m on the phone now trying to see why my refund still has not been freed from being processed and the woman working at 8:20 pm at the front desk on 9/4 chose to place me on hold rudely and then comes back and rudely says, “Did you really wait on hold just to cuss me out some more?”. I calmly, yet frustratingly advised her that I did not use one curse word and I asked for her name, she says she don’t have to give me that and hung up in my face. All because I wouldn’t explain to her why I got a refund.
EVERYTHING. Wrong room. Should’ve been a king per my booking they gave me what seemed to be a two full room and then the reason I went was for the pull and the restaurant they said was inside and the pool was closed and they no longer have the restaurant. Then the morning of checkout, which we had a late checkout at 2 pm, about 8 am the made just opens the door without knocking and I used a language app to ensure she wasn’t following instructions or was from the hotel to call them out on her another miscarriage of an experience I paid for, she fesses up and said she lied, they didn’t tell her to come into the room and was crying about it. I plan on making a corporate complaint, but wanted to wait until I got my refund so I could just be done with it all. Now, I stayed 8-17 to 8-18 and was advised my refund would take 7-10 business days. The hotel sent me to my bank, my bank sent me to the hotel, the hotel then sends me to booking.com then booking.com send me to the hotel and tonight the hotel clerk gets upset because I don’t wanna tell her why I got the refund and places me on a rude hold and comes back and asked me if I held on just to cuss her out… When I asked for her name she hangs up and I recorded the entire session. I’m getting ready to call her again and see what she says now. This was the most disrespectful, most unprofessional and disgusting experience I’ve ever had and all I wanted was just and inner city one night get away with my new friend.
Oh… Let’s not leave out to tidbits of discrimination on the way… geezzeee
Just Wow! Can I get out of this twilight zone of confusion and chaos… REFUND ME MY MONEY THAT IS PENDING IN MY ACCOUNT!!! That’s it!

Staff was friendly and not invasive, bed was comfortable, room was pretty and clean; very nice atmosphere and tasteful design.
Coffee was great; great variety of breakfast items.
Very beautiful lobby. Very nice staff. One patron was especially nice; his name is Gary. But all the others like Brandon and all the lady staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable and designed beautifully. Not standard lighting but much better: different and produced comfortable atmosphere. Room worked fine for us and our children.
Pool was fine; staff wasn't invasive and didn't lock people out at dot 10pm; thank you for that. We had a lot of fun at the pool. It was beautiful for lots of families. People loved to hang out by the poolside. Nice and relaxed atmosphere at the pool.
You could get new bedding/towels when needed.
To be improved, please:
Aircondition was right on the bed; the husband got cold and the rest of us was almost too warm (the location of the aircondition is unfortunately right next to the bed).
Shower was always cold for 3 minutes before it turned normal.
Please check the desk bulb; didn't work for 7 days (why not make a bulb check day: every Monday bulb check day)
Breakfast bacon was always rubber, not eatable.
Breakfast was over at 9:30; that's too early for vacation (we come from mountain time 8:30 over)
Icemachine only on 3rd and 5th floor = almost always empty. But you could get ice at the front desk; that was quite neat.
But this is all easily improvable. So yes, we recommend this place.

The stained carpet and sofa in room 216 need to be replaced, $150??? Would rather breakfast not be included in price as we did not partake. 11:02 and the server would not let me buy prepackaged tequila drink to take to my room. Hotel was not close enough to jump in car and search out other options.

The location was great. Close to Starbucks and in-n-out burger.
The second night of our stay the hotel staff let 2 guys up to our floor who proceeded to bang on the neighboring room door at 1am for what seemed like an eternity. Woke everyone up including my 7 and 13 year old. When I asked the front desk to come remove these men, they said they were aware of this situation and that they allowed them up there because “the man was concerned for his wife”. They said the police were coming, but they never did to my knowledge. To disrupt everyone else is unacceptable. I would expect this kind of issue at a motel 6, but for Hyatt prices, this is really not ok.

Walking distance to the Hurst convention center. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.
The hotel is a bit old. Bathroom door chipped. The elevators jolted a few times. My room was right opposite the elevator and it was noisy even after midnight when people dame and went.

It was nice and clean plus the lady at the front was very helpful and understanding. Also beautiful at that.
The fact that there weren't any microwaves, the pillows were very few. That's an issue with all hotels though.

No open bar!

Parking and appearance of property
Breakfast quality. AC in room not cool enough. Staff should be wearing an uniform. Your front desk needs some TLC as well

Everything was great. Room was clean. Nice and cold at night. We had a King suite with pull out sofa bed. I had booked a room with 2 full beds through Booking.com, but when we got there, none of those rooms were available. They were able to accommodate with a king suite. When we got to the room, there were already sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa. The room had plenty of space.
Breakfast should definitely be relocated to out of the lobby. Its too small of an area. Trying to find seating for 5 was difficult. It's just not a big enough area and everyone is spread out eating on couches and using coffee tables for eating. The elevators need maintenance. The one on the left (when facing elevators) was really jerky when going up. The one on the right rocked up and down for what seemed like forever as it would come to a stop. Had we not been on the 6th floor with a toddler, stairs would've been used instead.

I really liked the location. The breakfast was great as well.
My water in my shower wouldn’t get hot even though my son had taken a hot shower the night we arrived we couldn’t get it to get hot the very next morning.
We had a pull out sofa but there weren’t any comforters available front desk was out.
The air conditioner wouldn't turn down in our room under 67 degrees but our friends room would turn down to 63. It was hot Texas heat and being colder in our room would have been ore comfortable after hot ball games all day.

There was no hot water and it sounded like it had been like that for days, we paid for breakfast but got up and they said they had none today only coffee, very noisey right on the highway and lots of people taking all hours in the hallway, i wouldn't stay here again

Location and staff
A very old hotel and desperately needs an upgrade. Rooms need an upgrade and whatever air freshener was used was awful. Aroma very strong and wondered what was being covered up. Pool was closed.

My reservation was messed up. I received an email for confirmation after calling to add an additional arrival day on my previous reservation which is my check out day is remaining the same. Just an arrival day is changed for one day early.
But an agent called me and said I suppose to check out on Sat 29th and I need to make a new key card for stay on Sun 30th.
I do not know why your mortifying system did not match with my confirmation email. I hope will not happen again for next time.

The room was great the breakfast was really good.
Your elevators need some serious maintenance, the people fighting in the hallway for an hour at 330am on the 21st should not be allowed, lack of staff at the counter for checkin and checkout. I didn't see the Starbucks counter open in the 3 days I stayed, why is it there? Initially I was charged 50$ too much and had to call after I returned home.
