DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be better off just about anywhere else!

We arrived and finally checked in after along delay to find no toilet paper or kleenex. The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets are rough! There were 2 towels for a 4 person room. And it is located in the middle of a homeless encampment with empty liquor bottles and drug needles on the sidewalk. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very rude and tried to take my deposit because there was some crumbs on the floor from my kid and all that needed to be done was sweep it up which they should be doing after every guest anyways

Absolutely nothing

you should really reconsider having it on your website. The amenities were not there ex:coffee maker blow dryer. The internet didn't work the TV didn't work it was the worst motel I've ever stood in. Probably gonna stop using booking.com. I really feel I should be compensated for all the things that was wrong. My baby bottom was scraped by the tub chipping.

regret my stay there

this place is the worst place I stayed at. I’ll never go bad. staff is all bad couldn’t do my refund. you can see how bad it was I’m uploading pics from this hell hole

It was clean and a big room

The staff at the desk were very rude and unhelpful I called about the wifi not working they said I was complaining and they lied and told my father that when he called my room back that their were no phones in the rooms after they tell me I can't make calls to anyone but the room service maids were very polite and kind .fix your wifi and your attitude thank you

Don’t waste your money

There were no bed bugs.

The neighbourhood was sketchy with people walking through the parking lot all night, screaming. The place was pretty run down. They have people staying long term. The room was disgusting. There was a microwave but it was unplugged, sitting on a counter so we didn’t dare try it out. We were on the second floor and the railing felt like it might fall off at any moment. I asked for late check out on our last day and they wouldn’t accommodate even an hour. Rude front desk, ridiculous for what we paid. I wasn’t expecting much for this area, but this was even worse.

Price was good for the area.

Card machine didn't work and had to pay cash. Then they gave me the wrong room.. had to go back and get the right room. Needed 2 beds. Gave us a king room with 1 bed.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke, another room had a dirty stench on it and bed was filthy. I didn't even accept room and I reserved on line never checked in asked to see room first and can't even get a refund because they don't answer phone.....

It was a big room, and i got the key at the time i request, Late by night. I got a good deal by booking.com

It was garbage in the room, so I question everything. The room it wasn't in good condition.
