Pleasant atmosphere friendly staff!
Rooms were too hot! Could not sleep well.

I like the location of the property and how each room has a bedroom, a kitchen, and a living room.
It’s old and very outdated. There’s no A/C so it’s extremely hot during the summer as the years get warmer. They have fans but the fans barely help and it made my lips extremely chapped and my nose stuffed up. They have 2 bbqs outside but they flame up very quickly and you’re not allowed to use your own bbq even if it’s propane which is disappointing as most hotels allow it. They have a new staff member Sarah or Steph, I can’t remember her exact name but she is rude and disrespectful. All the other years I’ve stayed there I’ve been very happy with the staff. This year she made my stay very unwelcoming and I will not be returning because of her.

Location was good. close to downtown.
The room I was in the temperature couldn't be controlled. I arrived on a Sunday night and it was too hot int he room. I turned the heat off and the only way to keep the room below 75 deg was open the sliding door. When I asked the staff to move me they said " we don't have a policy to move rooms due to housekeeping costs". So tough luck customer. Also there used the Covid excuse "we can't move you because each room needs to be quarantined for 24 hrs." Even though the Offcial pandemic was declared over on 2/28/23.
One of the folks I stayed was called at 7am to move their truck for the because "the garbage truck driver wasn't very forgiving" even though the staff said it was ok to park there the night before.
Also there wasn't any staff on property past 6pm. If you got locked out or needed something "we're not coming back to the property" was staffs reply. As a result of this policy the hot tub was only open until 5pm and there was no access to anything (including vending machines) after 6 pm. Everything in the front office was locked up.) What would happen if there was a maintenance issue or a fire???

The property is real nice with a nice !Irving room and separate bedroom. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom nice. The parking is OK but a little bit of a hike to the room.
The property was nice but there a million little signs telling you what you can and cannot do! When you leave the property all linens towels and kitchen towels must be put in the bathtub. The garbage taken out of the cans and left in bags outside the door. All dishes cleaned or the dishwasher is to be run. with all this required there still was a tip envelope for maid service. Well I tipped myself and politely did not provide any gratuity.

property was clean and nice!
that it isn't easy for people to get their keys and that sometimes the key deactivates but the girl on duty came bAck just to let us in so I am still very pleased.

great location to Casino's, but also to hiking, biking and the beach.

it was clean and close to the main part of town.
1) there’s no air conditioning
2) they didn’t mention during booking that they’d be painting the exterior and 1/3 of the parking was not available

Great location in central Stateline, Nevada. Close to beaches, shopping, entertainment, restuarants. The lodge was older, but clean, large rooms with fireplace, kitchenette was great, separate bedroom was nice. Staff was great and very friendly.
We had made reservations for four days at the lodge. When we got there, it was very warm in Lake Tahoe, we were informed that there were no air conditioning working in the units. They also informed us there is a painting crew to refinish and paint the exterior of the building complex. The lodge is a four level building and they use very loud equipment, lifts, generators etc. On top of all that, the workmen sealed all the windows shut with plastic and tape.
There were two ceiling fans in the unit, but were only moving hot air. The night never cooled down like it usually does, because of the sealed room, it was like a sauna. The temperature in the room at 7am was 85 degrees. We didn't sleep much and woke with headaches. The next morning it was overcast and light rain, but was expected to be in the high 80's to low 90"s. Very hot for Tahoe. The situation for the room was only going to get worse, and the only option was to cancel the rest of the reservation and look for another hotel, which is a little hard to do in the middle of summer.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Was there a breakfast? If so, we didn't know about it. The parking could be a challenge. The condo was clean and exceeded our expectations.
The parking was congested at times and hard to maneuver when there were larger cars parked along the back side. The luggage carts need some repair.

Staff was very friendly and there are two working wash machines on site.
It’s not a resort. There are many rules to follow, but they are reasonable.

Make sure you let folks know it's a continental breakfast. Location was nice, and close to everything we needed.
Parking lot needs to be resurfaced, fireplace didn't work (staff gone when we wanted to use it, so no one to call), keys did not work on our outside and inside locks. Locked out and individual told us about the elevator below that we could use, but seemed to take away from security. Not told about the elevator in drive through below. Would be beneficial to staff one person during later evening hours.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The view is incredible.
Check in desk was hard to find. Lobby, halls and elevator were very dark. Kitchen has little counter space and no oven.

No breakfast
A New lager TV

We arrived at the property around 9pm. However, we were unable to check-in because we were not provided any information on how to check-in after hours. When calling the number to Getaways on the reservation confirmation it states and I quote, "You have reached us after hours. Please call us during regular business hours. Thank you". That's it , no additional information or direction. We had no recourse and could not check-in to our room. We ended up having to stay the first night at a different property at our own expense. If the number we called had provided us clearer instruction; e.g. we need to contact the property directly after-hours or an after-hours check-in instruction set, we would have been able to check-in after hours. Getaways needs to provide clearer instructions on how to check-in after hours at this property and I suspect other properties they are reselling. When I contacted GetAways about this incident, they were not helpful and refused to compensate for any of our losses which amounted to costs staying at another property the first night and plans to go skiing as well as other scheduled excursion activities during our stay. I will never book a property advertised by GetAways again! This was an awful experience!

The hot tub was only open between 9-4 so difficult to ski and hot tub. On the rainy day, we went to the hot tub at 3:30 and it was luke warm at best. Room was nice and comfortable. Well equipped. Heater was loud but gas fireplace was nice. Beds were comfortable. Good location, close to town.
Wish hot tub was open more and hot so that it was useable.

Everything was lovely! Beautiful! I Only issue was trying to get out key ... we rushed to there by 6 but they actually leave at 5 pm. Besides that, it was absolutely wonderful!

The grounds when you drive in is beautiful, very nice staff, large rooms with plenty of room, No Resort Fees! Awesome place.
I sure wish it had a whirlpool / spa outside. No A/C

Location is amazing!
Property needs AC! It’s 2021… who doesn’t have it? I guess just this hotel doesn’t. We were dying at night. Hard to sleep :-/ and it’s sad, because it’s amazing place and beautiful location!
Also. I didn’t like the fact that we need to clean our bed on check out. It’s hotel or what???

I like the location was close to casinos and main part of town. The room with the kitchen, dining, living room space was even nicer than the photos.
There was a whole lot of notifications about rules or we'd be charged $350 extra. Front desk is not 24 hrs, but it still worked out great!
