Near LAX which was the only reason for the booking as we had an AM flight to EWR.
Room was clean and comfortable and remarkably quiet given its location near the final approach for the
most often used runways at LAX
No water glasses in room. Just cups for the coffee machine.
The phone did not work so we could not leave a wake up call.
The breakfast buffet was awful.
And worst of all, no shuttle to the airport which is why we booked it thinking that it must have one.
It does not.
Had to use Lyft to get to LAX

Location and staff
Paying for parking. Marginal breakfast.

Great staff great breakfast
Shower we had was rusty

Pretty much toast and cereal. I didn't trust the hot dishes.
Just about the dirtiest hotel I've been in my life. Stains everywhere in the hotel, with lots of peeling wallpaper. The first room we entered had...dried...human body fluid on the sheets. We had a very short layover with no time to check into another place, so we asked for another room. They did, and the next room was better, but still had a shower faucet that was mostly broken. The room itself smelled strongly of cleaning fluid, but given the previous room, this was a plus. Sparse breakfast accompanied by a swarm of flies. Shuttle stopped running at 11pm, meaning we needed an Uber to get there. Then in the morning it left at random times and not on schedule, meaning we had to Uber in the morning as well.

nothing
very dirty and it smelled and it had roaches in the room checked in. Laugh out immediately. Never going back there again lots of Black people ghetto people didn’t feel safe leaving my car outside and sanitize the rooms.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and so was coffee.
There was no wifi in my room and I needed to work. The offered shuttle arrived to pick me up from the airport after 2 hours and 3 calls, it was very frustrating. I had bad luck that thay but they had a problem with hot water so I couldn´t shower after a 24 hours journey to LA.

our flight ran later than we expected so did the car rental place. The staff was very helpful in keeping our room for the night until we actually arrived, while the check in time only extended to 2 AM.
Only thing I didn't really like was the location was at a corner where we could've overlooked since we were touring the area and it was night time when we arrived.

Hair on the floor in the room
and it was sticking to my feet and no blankets on the bed and the place looked a bit run down

The staff were very helpful.
No Wi-fi on the first room we had that was upstairs. Also your hotel could use some upgrading of chairs in the room.

Better than the hotel we last booked.
Hotel looks very old

Everything about this hotel is horrible. The place is filthy, there are actually homeless people sleeping there and hanging out. You better carry a gun if you was to feel safe.
Not to stay there. I was supposed to stay two nights but I left after the first. That place is not safe, not clean, and in an industrial area with shady people walking all over the place. They are actually letting homeless people stay there.

It was needing a deep cleaning behind all the furniture & wipe drown splattered stuff on furniture. Room did not have a TV remote & took 45min. to get one after 2 nice questioning prompts.
On the plus side, I was allowed to check in early by a very nice staff member. (staff was always pleasant).

Staff, they were great, shuttle was great, breakfast good close to the airport. Quiet despite being in town.
Room a bit smelly, and dated. Homeless encampment ($#@& hole to be exact) that one has to pass to get to the restaurants. Was shouted at as we passed but just ignore it. Again, the staff offered to fetch us if we needed it.

Property is not too far from beach
There were roaches in the bathroom, the toilet paper was used when we walked inside, and our room key repeatedly stopped working. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in weeks and there was hair all around the bathtub. I had to shower with sandals on to avoid putting my feet on the dirty tub.
2.0
the airport shuttle bus and they granted a two hour late check-out.
The location, awful room which had no Wi-Fi, a broken tv and a broken phone. They. hanged our room and again, a broken tv..
Breakfast choice is toast with powdered egg, cream cheese or jam…that’s it!

it was spacious
it was hot indoors
the front desk guy wasn’t there when I arrived and no one was there for like 20 minutes and the phone kept ringing and still no one came out

The bed was very comfortable.
Reservation process was outstanding. Our flight got canceled and they booked and fixed a room for us in less than 15 minutes.
Even picked us up from the airport at 11 pm
Even though the room was very clean and comfortable, the hallways smelled pretty bad. Rugs need to be cleaned or changed.

no shuttle from airport!!!
4.0
older hotel, but great location for airline transfer
shows signs of wear.
2.5
Room as large, but needed repairs and maintenance. Bed as very comfortable. Room was nice and quiet even though it is next to the freeway and very near the airport. Bathroom had been renovated. Shuttle picked us up from the airport.
Breakfast was poor and they ran out of something items. There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel, so after our later arrival we had to walk out looking for food and drinks. The hotel is situated in an industrial part of town, and I was not comfortable walking down unlit streets past homeless people, litter and graffiti.
