DISAPPOINTED

I LOVED THE VIEW FROM OUR ROOM, ITS ALWAYS NICE TO LOOK AT THE RIVER

THIS WAS NOT THE HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED AT BEFORE, THE ROOM WAS OK. THE ROOMS WERE NOT READY, WHICH WAS ALREADY A BUSY DAY BEING THAT MOST PEOPLE WERE THERE FOR A CONCERT. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR FOR OUR ROOM, WITH 2 DOGS, THAT IS NOT A FUN TIME. THE LOBBY DID NOT SEEM TO BE AS CLEAN AS YEARS PAST, AND IT SEEMED THAT FRIENDS OF THE STAFF MEMEBERS WERE JUST HANGING AROUND AND MINGLING WITH THE STAFF. BUT THE STAFF WAS STILL FRIENDLY.

nao foi uma boa experiencia, teve um alarme de incendio na madrugada todos hospedes desceram um cheiro forte de fio queimado . O atendente nao se mostrou preocupado com o acontecido. 30 mns depois outro alarme sem explicacao.

Hotel was clean and pilllows were comfortable. It’s in a good location but overall stay ok but for the amount of money I

Was in a good location.

The bathroom had an order like rotten eggs. Towels I the bathroom were minimal and staff did not replenish toilet paper and there was no spare roll. The body wash in the shower was also not replenished. I ran out after a day of my 2 day stay with means neither was replenished before I checked in.

Good location, nice Riverwalk view.

The staff wasn’t very nice, seemed like they have better things to do. Our room view was the wall from another building, but it was spacious. Enough for one night.

everything was very nice

the staff was kinda shady when I came in one guy pointed me to the rest room instead of asking how may I help you when I first came in! also the valet driver was talking very loud for everyone to hear everything instead of just talking to me or pulling me to the side.

I probably wont stay at another Alof hotel again.

location was fine. Room was OK. Didnt eat breakfast there.

We were celebrating our Anniversary I had requested flowers and Champagne for the room which was not provided at the time of checking in. Room had to be requested to be clean every day. Did not receive clean towels one day until about 7 pm.

The location was Amazing, especially for the Gasparilla Distance Race weekend, close to race start and many restaurants

The staff was very rude and not helpful. No fan in bathroom no towels, no house keeping during stay, no pool towel available, room was not available when we checked in at 5 pm, staff members told us the hotel was under staffed and it was very noticeable

This hotel is in a great location on the river walk and we felt safe walking to and from the hotel. The room had great view. AC worked great. Has great shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even someone else in the elevator commented on it. Pillows are flat and bed wasn’t very comfortable. Low water pressure and towels were horrible. We only had two to start and they were very small. There’s no fan in the bathrooms and the door didn’t shut all the way. The room smelled musty and just wasn’t anything special.

UNFORTUNATELY , IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT STAY, BUT ENDED ON A GOOD NOTE!

LOCATION

HAD ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER FIRST DAY, WAS RELOCATED TO ANOTHER ROOM SECOND DAY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM ALONG WITH VERY LITTLE WATER PRESSURE. THE BATHROOM SINK IN THE SECOND ROOM WAS TOTALLY CLOGGED AND ALMOST OVERFLOWED. A MAINTENANCE MAN HAD TO PLUNG IT CLEAR, WHICH WAS A QUICK REMEDY BUT ANOTHER TOTAL INCONVENIENCE ! WHEN I CONFRONTED YASHTI ARJUNE AT THE FRONT DESK, AND CONSIDERING THE SITUATION, I HANDLED IT VERY NICELY, SHE WAS DEFIANT WITH WORDS AND AT ONE POINT SAID SHE WAS NOT DISCUSSING THE SITUATION ANY FURTHER BECAUSE I THOUGHT JUST A $50 CREDIT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! A FEW HOURS LATER I RECEIVED A VERY CARING PHONE CALL FROM MIKE HURLEY WHO WAS EXTREMELY CONSIDERATE AND CREDITED ME %50 FOR MY VISIT. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING AND I THANK HIM VERY MUCH.

It was ok but not what I paid for or expected.

I liked that they had a bar and that they let me keep my luggage in a store room before I was able to check in.

The bathroom door would not close easily and the sink would not drain.

Very clean, wonderful beds, great view of the Riverwalk from outside patio. Beautiful infinity pool and great happy hour.
