fine and helpful when needed it it is a very peaceful environment

everything was fine except the ac was turned off and it took almost a day to cool off and when it did it was middle of night n=because i cranked it up and then it was freezing and i liked everything but with no pool and a small cereal and yoast breakfast it was a bit over priced.but all staff was fine

No coffee!!!

The front desk girl was nice.

No coffee both times we walked down from 2nd floor to get some and rolls were stale .

NO HOT WATER!!!!!

Some things were OK. Nothing to like.

One the second day of our 4 day stay, a sign appeared at the front desk "No hot water". It stayed there for the rest of our stay - and this was on week day. On the next to the last day of our stay, I went to get ice from the ice machine, and nothing came out. At the front desk, I was told the housekeeper says that it won't be fixed today. There were plenty more little things, but this is "enough said". The price was low, but this was below what you can expect for the lowest price.

Disappointing

It’s a good location.

The room smelled of mold upon arrival so we Lysol’ed the entire room especially the shower which had mold stains in it and the air conditioner. The smell got a little better after the Lysol. Also we basically cleaned the room because we Clorox wiped all the surfaces including the shower. We did not complain because we were in Ava seeing family and that is literally the only hotel within the area.

Sheets that look like cum stains, smoke detected with missing battery, stained and filthy chair, receptacles that dint work, no USB ports, no one making the bed

Furniture is shabby, chair at desk was filthy, black grout in the shower. But its the only hotel in town...

Very good

Breakfast was grab and go and the selection was minimal but offered fulfilling items. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

The restrooms and the corners of rooms need some assistance including headboards. The breakfast worker did not speak to me at all until I spoke to her. No phone service really in this town

Not a place I'd stay again, unfortunately

Friendly staff, and they were able to change our room to the 1st floor

The bathroom had mold in the corner that they tried to paint over, really? Nasty floor bases that had holes all the way through and had mold. Crickets were also caught in the room (2). Couch and chair was stained. Beds were VERY HARD and uncomfortable.

Best place to stay in the area. Very friendly staff. Nice grounds as well.

It was fabulous!

everything… All of the staff were more than personable and very very helpful… One of the cleaning ladies… And I did not get her name… But she was absolutely fabulous… Visited with us about some of our local questions and made sure we had the right amount of clean towels… Extremely personable and very helpful… Everyone from the front desk on was excellent.

what’s not to like about it… Everything was great…

Room not great, needs updating. Dirty carpets which left an unpleasant sticky feel on feet/socks. Bathroom grubby, sticky floor with many cracked tiles. Shower curtain grimy, needs replacing.

Worst stay I've had in a hotel.

The ice machine was broken. The ac in my room didn't work so I asked for a different room and they said no and gave me a fan and told me to prop my door open. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been in a hotel.

It was ok. Close to where we needed to be. Noisy air conditioning and refrigerator nonfunctional

Location was fine. Coffee was fine. Not a very healthy selection of food
