An excellent but plain layover for LAX flights

Convenient Accommodating staff Big supermarket and food options nearby In room fridge and coffee maker

Water pressure in the shower was too low to take a proper shower The ADA room was poorly located across to the building from the check in reception. Badly thought out room locations. Property should consider equipping every room with microwaves, considering how much they are charging

Happy that i have choose this hotel near airport for my 1st visit to LA

the room is clean. breakfast is decent, as everyday they serve almost the same dishes, it would be better if they have more variety. airport pickup is easy to look up for. overall, i quite happy to choose this hotel for the 1st visit to LA.

The staff, shuttle, and breakfast were good, but would not stay here again because of the rooms.

The breakfast was good. A lot of options and the area was clean. The airport shuttle was nice.

The room had a weird smell. The AC was dripping onto the carpet. We were able to switch rooms but the smell was still there.

This hotel has low standards.

Proximity to LAX and shuttle bus.

The air conditioning didn't work and could not be adjusted. The TV was not functioning and the toilet plumbing had blockage issues. The room was not cleaned well and was very dusty and neglected.

A good hotel for the family.

I liked the involvement of the staff in the relationship with the customer, attentive to every detail. Good food, but it could be diversified, especially for those who stay more than 5 days. The hotel is very well located with restaurants, shop, you can walk around,. The pool is clean, hot water all the time. Clean throughout.

The room with 2 double beds is very small for a family of 3 people. It is difficult to ventilate, and much too small.

Ideal stay close to LAX

The staff were amazing! We had a late flight out of LAX on our day of departure and they offered a late check out without being asked! We have stayed in 8 different hotels on this trip and they were the only ones to ask how our stay was!

Convenient but not great for price

Location of hotel was very close to airport with shuttle bus, staff friendly

Pleasant hotel

I had stayed at the Sheraton 4 Points a year ago. I felt my room there was very dark even though the electricity was working. At the Fairfield, the lighting was much better. I also liked that I was close to a large grocery store and several restaurants.

The neighborhood. Two days in a row I saw police cars parked in front of the grocery store across the street.

Sofa bed however uncomfortable and linen supplied inadequate and unhygienic. There was no mattress cover, a badly stained fitted sheet and no quilt. Pillows lumpy.

Not the best option around the airport.

Staff was really nice and helpful.

Hotel and rooms are outdated. Had to change rooms because first one was not very clean. The second room smelled, AC did not work, balcony was unavailable - locked door. One of the elevators did not work. Parking fee is excessive and outside of the hotel premises. Coffee cups were not the same size as lids. One of the shower heads did not work.

Acceptable due to the convenience of the airport location.

Breakfast was good and there was plenty of variety. The staff were very helpful and accommodating great to deal with.

When arriving by car we had to pay for parking which was in my opinion a cash grab for 2 nights cost $80 understand the charge if you are not staying with them however that was ridiculous. The rooms are in need of an upgrade where our room had a musky smell about it, they also stated at the time of checkin that they don't make the rooms up everyday something i am not used too.

Great location with shuttle from LAX. Close to food venues. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Decent breakfast.

Jamais déçu de revenir.

Chambre très propre. Le petit déjeuner impeccable. Un Ralphs en face. J'aime bien l'endroit parce que j'ai gardé de bon souvenir il y a plus de 16 ans.

Dommage que le restaurant Mariposa n'est plus. A part ça c'est tout pour moi.

O telefone do quarto não conectava com a portaria.Nos propuseram o 128 que declinamos pelo mau-cheiro . Ficamos em um quarto menor que o reservado. O estacionamento não é na propriedade

Für USA Verhältnismäßig sehr gutes Frühstück. Gutes zuvorkommendes Personal. Kostenloser Shuttleservice zw. Flughafen und Hotel

Kinderbett war schon recht ramponiert und hat erst einmal nicht gehalten. Wurde dann aber gelöst. Shuttleservice muss telefonisch in den usa geordert werden. Ich hatte vor 3 Wochen eine Nachricht mit dem Wunsch der Beförderung geschrieben, allerdings ohne Rückmeldung. Für Gäste ohne US telefonier Möglichkeit eher schwierig. Wir hatten diese und es telefonisch lösen können
