Comfortable bed and pillows. Room was small but cozy with a queen bed. Free cookies at the front desk and friendly staff. Good location, close to food and a short drive from downtown.

The Country Inn is a hidden gem in Libby, MT. The room was very nice; the bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The lemon cookies were incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Television was lousy! No "safety bars" hand holds in shower.

Location was excellent. The amenities were great. Full kitchen and outdoor grill and facility was a nice bonus. Landscaping was well cared for. The 24/7 breakfast bar was well appreciated! The free cookies and water were a hit! Love that staff can bring there dog to work. Didn’t meet all the staff but Josh and his dog Shadow, Joe, Sherri they were all great! Definitely going to rebook.
There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Booked a room with two beds, and when we checked in, we were given a room with one bed, had to be moved to a room with a king size bed, and a rollaway brought in. Very uncomfortable!

Dog friendly, Staff was nice on all encounters, they accommodated an early check out, stay was quiet, great location, breakfast was satisfactory, room was clean and spacious, great tv options

I was pleasantly surprised, it was much nicer than I expected and I’d definitely stay again
this is not the hotels fault, but the giant flashing sign to the storage unit outside the window, the storage owners should be ashamed and turn it off at night, it’s not Las Vegas!
I couldn’t get the heater/air unit working in our room but it was too late when I realized, it ended up fine because I just opened the window but that made the sign more noticeable
I think they forgot to offer me the cookie I’ve read about in other reviews :-(

The staff was exceptional. Service is everything and they nailed it. Even the dog behind the counter had exceptional service.
The room was a little small but not much you can do about that.

Breakfast was quick with decent variety for a hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, surrounded by restaurants, and provides vouchers/discounts to Turner and a few local eateries. Staff is amazingly friendly and the facilities are clean and tidy. They are also pet friendly which was a must for us
The room is very small and has an odor. The fridge doesn't work unless a light switch is on. Some toiletries are included but no conditioner.

Close to my house! I needed to take a Bath but they reserved me a room with a shower only! I didn't even sleep in the bed, that was an expensive shower. I needed a bathtub only!!!
The fact that they gave me a room i didn't reserve 😞 and now I'm out of $82 for a shower with horrible water pressure 😞😭🥺😣 My water froze at my house so I needed a room a bathtub and they literally gave me the only room without a bathtub 😞 FML and they wouldn't fix the problem.

Our room, seemed that the toilet and the space was for little short people. But aside from that, all else was very good, clean, tv, etc. Very well looked after room. You should be proud of your staff... cleaning of rooms, reception area also. Very welcoming. The hall rug doesn't reflect how good the actual room is. Thanks for the nice stay.

From the minute you walk in the front door you know they care about your stay! You are greeted warmly, offered home baked cookies, coffee, tea and bottled water. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is offered 24 hours as well as the cookies, etc mentioned above. Breakfast includes the usual along with fresh fruit, waffles, omelettes and sausage and assortment of breads, muffins and bagels. All staff was very friendly.

Very clean room and facilities. Staff is friendly. There is a 24 hour "breakfast bar", consists of cereals, breads and some frozen breakfast sandwiches. Also had a waffle iron with a batter dispenser. It is close to the down town area, and there are several laundromat in the area, so se were able to get all our laundry done.
Nothing really. Needed a clean relatively inexpensive place to sleep and shower and get some laundry done. Met our needs.
