Overnight front desk girl was so disrespectful and the room smelled like musty water and mold.

The overnight front desk girl, (Brooke) was so rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me when I called the front desk after having an issue with the tv. She told me she didn’t care if there worked or not.

It was state hockey weekend and the Constant yelling and slamming doors made it hard to relax or watch tv

Wonderful stay!

The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds and a very good breakfast with lots of options. Nice pool area with hot tub that was actually hot. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice small town location. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk at check out was super sweet and friendly!

We have stayed at North Woods several times. The room and amenities met our expectations.

There bed was vey comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and accommodated our requests.

The bathroom is quite small...

The pool and spa we’re clean well-maintained and just the right temperature also well-stocked with towels our room was clean and had a good odor to it. The hotel we stayed at the night before we paid more and was awful this was in Baraboo Wisconsin.

We did not dislike anything the stay was very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast provided was fresh every morning.

Great place to stay look forward to the next time

Room was great. We book every year for the winterfest bikini run. Breakfast was great. Hottub and pool excellent for warming up after the cold. Look forward to next year.
