Location
The toilet ran all night. All it needed was a new stopper in the tank. So irritating to listen to.

Breakfast was great… staff manning it was great!
When I went to take a shower the floor in the HANICAPPED bathroom flooded 3/4 of the way AFTER I got in and got wet and discovered there was NO soap or shampoo in the dispensers! 😡 I had to wait for the only staff(William) to bring me, soap and shampoo, towels for ME to dry the floor so I wouldn’t FALL. Water in stationary shower TOO HOT scalding my breast! Went to make coffee day 3 and realized I plugged in first thinking there was an on/off switch. INSTEAD coffee poured out… should only have been WATER… room was NOT CLEANED OR PROPERLY PREPPED PRIOR TO MY STAY. William stated I had to wait until Mon to talk to ‘management’… who was totally disinterested in what I NEEDED to show her regarding the floor flood from UNDER THE FLOOR OR SHOWER PAN.🤷She was upset I made a bad review!

Great Location. Price Point was Good. Bed was comfortable, The Breakfast was Beyond Awesome ! The Staff is Really Going Out of their way to make it Right !
The bottom floor has Sliding Glass Doors for Each Room. They don’t seem to be super secure. Doesn’t take much to force open.
Shower Curtin Rod needs Love…

The bed was comfy!
There were stains on bathroom walls, and the shower seemed to be falling apart(curtain didn’t stayed closed so water came out, the tub faucet was popped out from wall). I guess going thorough an expansion, not sure it the room we stayed in was still a work in progress. More needed to be worked on in there.

the breakfast was very good
they were in the process of rebuilding a lot of noise. I was supposed to have a room with a fireplace but my room did not have one.

Best breakfast in a motel I've ever had!
Desk staff was not available mid afternoon when I returned to pick up an item left in my room. I had to wait until they returned exactly at 4pm.
Vanity light came on in the night whenever I passed on the way to the toilet. I was unable to turn off this annoying feature.

Great location and a great value. The place was booked solid when we arrived for late check-in, but no problems checking in and the rooms were clean and warm even though it was storming outside. The beds were perfectly firm and without sag and the sheets were perfectly clean. Unfortunately the pass stayed closed so we couldn't get to Kirkwood in the morning, but breakfast was right across the parking lot at Denny's.

That is difficult to answer. I did not find many positives to reflect my opinion. I was VERY disappointed, as was the rest of my entire family. There were many others who stayed there as well that had about the same thought.
The entrance to the room was filthy, no baseboards, no signage to show there had been water damage or at least a remodel. There was paper taped to the floor outside our upstairs room with a large trashcan underneath a very LARGE hole in the ceiling. The carpet was stained and the fabric on the chair was stained as well. We chose to not sit in it and make sure we had shoes on the entire time. The bed was old and uncomfortable and the temperature was constantly changing so the heater was on/off all night long and it was Noisy. No one in the room got much sleep and the quality of the intermittent sleep was poor. The breakfast was watery eggs and terrible coffee with no non dairy choices except for a carnation poor quality creamer.
The pictures on the internet site did NOT reflect what the room actually looked like. We ALL said the same thing. We were DUPED!! This is NOT what I saw on the internet.

Close to downtown
Noisy. Under construction. Tripping hazards everywhere. Non-guests partying in the parking lot until late at night.
