Never again!

We didn't have to sleep in the car!

We got to our room, there was a piece of gum and the prior guests room key on the floor inside the door. The ceiling had a huge stain above the bed as if there had been a leak. The bed had clearly not been changed - it was simply remade. We were moved to another room - the bathroom door handle was broken, the tub drain plug didn't work, the pillow case for one of the pillows had clearly been laundered but had blood stain on it. The toilet had been used and not flushed and we were left one towel. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no bath mat! We kept hearing dripping and found the next morning the carpet under the sink was soaked from a leak. The mattresses in both rooms are very uncomfortable - desperately need to be changed due to age!

Never will we stay here again, I'd sleep in my truck 1st

Location, Courtney at the service desk was the best thing about my visit. She took time and helped a issue we were having and made sure I was satisfied about that before I paid

The beds were HARD HARD HARD like sleeping on a box spring, one of the pillows had this yellow stain to it. The skirt on the bed was stained, there was hair in the shower, the toilet stool looked as if it was painted then most of the paint came off. We saw dead roaches in the hallway. Ice machine didnt work we were told to walk across to Motel 6 to obtain ice.

Excellent value

I work in Albany about once a month. I often bring an employee with me. It’s a great value for the price. It’s on the better side of town near everything I need. (Home Depot, Lowes, Harbor Freight). There are good restaurants in walking distance. There is a decent breakfast included that starts at 6am which is convenient. It’s clean, comfortable and safe. It’s my go to place.

Everything. The front entrance had a strong marijuana odor once you walk in. And then the room smelled like fresh urine. Didn’t even bother to complain to the desk, because he always has a nonchalant attitude

Everyone in our travel party was disappointed!

Poor front desk service. Interior needs updating. Hallway carpet is filthy, rooms have mildew smell and look like there was zero housecleaning, room for up to four but towels for two guests. Had to change room because of obvious mildew in first room. The conditions were so poor that I decided not to stay for the second day of my reservation. Breakfast was poor quality with no fruit and stale pastries. I will never return to this location. My previous trips to this area, I would always choose this hotel, but never again. I have never written a negative hotel review before, but I felt obligate for people who are considering staying at this location. BUYER BEWARE

Only thing I liked was the good customer service the man had in the front .

My room had MOLD all through the bathroom VERY disgusting and my boyfriend had asthma and he could’nt even take it

The size of the room was great for the price.

My room was filthy when I arrived. I never received any towels to do hygiene. I went to the desk multiple times to get that and was told they were in the laundry. After 15 hours of staying at the property I went back to the desk to get towels and received them:

Decent hotel, nice staff, and worth the stay.

My first room was apparently by a bunch of graduates, or younger teens. It was tremendously noisy. They were partying next door ALL night but sometimes you need to let it out. There wasn’t any fighting or shooting so I was cool. The air conditioning needs to be updated overall. My second room was freezing, and the doors need to be fixed. My second room door also did not lock or latch after it was closed. That was a bit uncomfortable. The hotel needs more parking, it get overcrowded. Overall great staff (TIA) I didn’t meet anyone else however, decent stay overall. I will visit again one day if needed.

It was adequate.

The beds were comfortable. I did like that it had a fridge and microwave.

The room was ok. The refrigerator smelled like spoiled milk. We were told that a new one would be put it, but that didn't happen. A staff member finally changed us to a different room for our last night there. The drain in the bathtub did not look clean, and the toilet seat looked worn.

The location was close to shopping and dining.

We noticed that several items and money were taken while we were out at dinner. Breakfast items not replenished; even though staff attended the breakfast bar, early lodgers were allowed to consume all of the meat items daily.

Good stay but need more attention to detail.

Victoria is so pleasant and welcoming. property location is great for my needs. Room is clean and comfortable.

The ice machine was out and needs to be replaced! I had to go to the gas station across the street to get ice. Also there is no bottled water provided to members as indicated in the member information. They need to have two regular coffee pots to avoid running out when business folks are needing to get out on time for their appointments.

breakfast and how quite it was.

i got kicked out a day before my check out date and can’t get in contact with anyone about a refund. the lady said she smelled and smoking smell I told her there has been no smoking. she then later said that I could either pay her $100 to stay or I had to leave within the next 30 min. i don’t understand why she was trying to get 100$ outta me but all I want is my refund for the last night.
