Balcony view was nice, although balcony table and carpet was dirty with previous guests belonging and dirty food stain
Not comfortable without AC
Wasn’t until late night the cabin was able to cool Down
Listing states there is AC otherwise i would not have stayed
People above us made a lot of noise late at night and early morning

The facility was great and accommodated our group of families.
The primary bed in the Bears Den sunk badly in the middle. The ceiling fan in the other bedroom didn't work

Ever thin else was good!
The sheets on two beds were not clean. Sand in the beds. 😢

Our stay at The Lodge at Duck Creek was nice.
Let me start out with the good. The location was excellent. The view from the unit that we stayed in was beautiful. The unit was spacious and clean, with a nice layout, good beds, more than enough bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.
And now the bad. There is a lot of deferred maintenance that is needed on the unit. Here are a few examples. The bar stools are loose and possibly dangerous to sit on. The dining room chairs are also loose. One of the arms came off while we were there. We glued it back together, but the other chairs are loose as well. The shower doors were out of their tracks. One of the towel racks fell off when used. There are screw holes above one of the beds where a headboard was likely attached (that should be filled in and painted over). The gas fireplace did not work. The pans in the kitchen appear to be non-stick, but everything sticks to them. There is a five-cup coffee maker, for a unit that has a king, two queens, and a sofa bed.

Layout, 4 toilets, fireplace, location, comfortable
It wasn't as clean as it could be, noisy from upstairs and next-door neighbors, light blankets cold weather and no blankets for couch, direct TV did not work, WIFI very spotty in bedrooms.

was clean and spacious for us with a family of 11. very nice for the price we paid.
that there wasn’t a easier way to haul so much belongings or groceries for a family of 11 up and down the third floor suite we stayed in.

Dirty couch with crumbs and food between the seats. Dishes, cups, silverware were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. Would be nice to have a cookie sheet.
Upstairs tenets very noisy and continued to be noisy past the 10pm quiet time. Lots of families with kids that ran around the decks on each floor throughout the mornings.

We really appreciated the beauty of the scenery. It was close to National Parks and hikes.
We had several light bulbs that were out and when I asked for replacements, the manager didn't get them to us. We asked for a crockpot and that was delivered immediately.

clean and spacious.
noise of other vacationers and off-road vehicles.

Location and the lay out and design of the rooms.
Some noise from table and chairs being slid or moved a lot in the rental above us.

Very cozy. Loved the balcony, beautiful view. The first night here the weather was perfect to use the BBQ grill and eat outside. Loved having the fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking our own meals. Very good water pressure in the shower! It was very clean. Also loved the little town close by.
A bit noisy. Not very good insulation between units so we could hear conversations, water running, and the dryer running next to us. I understand the walking around when we are on the first floor but when you can hear voices and what sounds like someone scrubbing the bathroom tile at 7 am its a little disruptive. It's not something that would keep us from returning but if someone were to want more quiet they might want to be aware.

No breakfast
Property management moved us after reservation was 6 months old. When asked why no reason given. Was told unit was getting all new furniture. Not much was new. The pathways to park are rough. Not really small car friendly

Location, close to national parks in So Utah. Relaxing
Driveway to parking lots, steep, rocky, deep ruts. While most of the cleaning was good, it was very dusty on surfaces not used often. BBQ grill extremely dirty and unusable.

we loved the location, the fact that we could fit 18 of us in 2 units, and be together as an extended family for the weekend. used the fire pit, and loved that. used the grill for dinner one night...very convenient. appreciated the condiments and coffee filters available to us in each unit. we were there mid week for 2 nights, and very few shops in Duck Creek Village were open, so that was a little inconvenient, but otherwise , it was a perfect place to stay to visit Bryce and Cedar Break NPs
can't think of a thing. it was a wonderful couple of days. Wifi worked perfectly. no complaints at all. they even gave us a late checkout to accommodate our late day flights. thanks very much.

No AC so our room got up to 81 degrees during the day and evening. You can open the windows but even though it's a non smoking facility someone was smoking outside at night and our room filled with the smell. We complained and the management took care of it the next day but we already lost sleep that night. Also there is the issue of safety and privacy when your sleeping with the windows open and you have people out on their deck having a good time and being up late and we had young kiddos and teenage girls sleeping in rooms that have open windows facing a shared deck. It's fine for some I'm sure but it's just not for us.
Nice space with washer and dryer. Beautiful little village in the mountains.

We loved the Jack and Jill bathroom, very convenient to have the seperate toilets between the 2 bedrooms. Loved the spacious kitchen and overall space in house. Quiet location
The pictures weren't the same as the actual place. The fridge took too long to cool down. And the kitchen table was not comfortable to sit and eat and play games. Wasn't specific about location of room said there was a patio and terrace so it was confusing if it was on ground floor or not.

low flush toilets
