Location and staff! Walking distance to the square, mountain coaster, tubing, etc.

The drain at our room was very slow and piled up water when showering.

My grandsons and I had a wonderful stay. They had no complaints of the room and neither do I.

Our stay was great. The room was clean. The beds were comfy and I got a great night's sleep. We were within walking distance of a place to eat, a park for the kids to play and from the tubing place.

Only complaint was flat pillows and lack luster breakfast bar.

Very dated. Pool was not open, and apparently hasn’t been for some time.

It was just a place to sleep on my trip. Nothing fancy or nice, just ok.

Check in and out was fine, the front desk was person was pleasant. No obvious dirt and the sheets and pillow cases were clean.

A lot of water rust (iron) stains in the toilet.

Exactly what we expected. Just fine for a night in Helen.

We didn't eat the breakfast so I don't know about that. It was clean and fine for a night's stay.

It corks definitely use some updates. New showers and spruced up some would be nice.

there was hair all over our bedsheets microwave was unplugged no extra security lock on the doors

waited 30 minutes at the front office before someone came said he was out on the property to call office number or cell phone but didn’t get a answer on either one

It was worth the money and if we come back we will stay again.

The manager was a excellent guy who answered a lot of questions and done a lot that I asked for. Showed he cared and enjoyed doing everything for his guests. He is a valuable asset to your company. The location was excellent. Loved the coffee.

We received dirty towels from the cleaning crew. The details need to be replaced. We had no amenities like shampoo, the ac had no filters and the coils were dirty.

The hotel was in walking distance of everything in town

The bed sheets had dirt on them when I pulled the blankets back. The bathtub was dirty. The room above us squeaked when they walked and that kept us awake. The people beside us were fighting and the police were called. We ended up leaving at 3 am.

I didn't eat anything for breakfast. I did get more coffee to make in my room when asked.

The shower had black mold. I couldn't take a a shower.

The location is convenient to the town center, walking distance.

Furnishings are threadbare. Signs of water damage, mold and mildew in the bath. The room was expensive due to the Oktoberfest events in town. Way too expensive, considering the state of the property.
