Okay

Breakfast was great. Pool was very clean. I love the blankets on the bed very soft.

I did not like that the coffee machine was in the bathroom . The towels for the pool are just too small and cheap . The pool room was very very cold. Despite all of that, it was still a good stay for my family and I.

Old fashion. Outdated.

Location

Very old fashion oval the pictures on Booking.com seemed very nice. This is not reality. Photos are misleading.

Exceptional

Desk .hostess was great and so accommodating. Always available and immediately responsive. Enjoyed the pool and good breakfast. Such a relaxing setting

Definitely coming back

I liked how you could see the housekeepers all the time. It made me happy to know that the rooms were in fact being cleaned.

There was a group of people who had a bunch of children around 12 years old that kept running around the halls on the last night of my stay and when asked who was running around claimed they had no clue.

We loved it here and had a great vacation

The bed was very comfortable. I liked the breakfast. My sons room was on the lake and my grandaughers loved it. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. the pool was clean. It was close to food and shopping but still quiet.

It could use a little tlc, but nothing important.

It was okay

The beds and comforters were very comfortable

We were put into the handicap room even though we booked months ago. The shower was tiny and water inevitably sprayed all over the bathroom floor. The towels were tiny and very thin.

we stayed here because we didn’t want the long drive back from the beach and wanted a place to relax. great location

the staff was great, great location. the patio with the view of the lake is so relaxing.

the property did not have an elevator. the pool is 4 1/2-5 feet deep,so if you have little ones bring a floaty or life vest.

The Best Western was beautiful

The staff was very kind. The Continental breakfast was amazing. The view was beautiful.

The view was beautiful. The breakfast was not what we expected at all. Could have been alot better.nice but way to expensive.

The price for the room was way to much. Definitely would have thought the room would have been alot nicer for that price.

There was ALOT of dog poop by every door. Please direct people to use the grass patches. I had to carry my suitcase not to get it on it. GROSS. When we arrived and left no one was at the desk. We had to hunt them dow

Unsatisfied. Price was outrageous for the facility.

Eggs & sausage were soggy.

Facility is very dated. Bathtub floor has permanent dirt. Sliding glass door screen was broke. There was a train blaring it's horn every 45 minutes Friday into Saturday. Got minimal sleep.

Overall my stance on the hotel was nice and I'd definitely stay again.

The continental breakfast was nice and the overall quietness of the hotel was great! The front desk staff at night were very helpful with my reservation.

I would say the overall cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. A good scrubbing of the tub would've been nice.

was average at best. not worth a price would much rather have stayed at spring house in.

property was very clean and well kept. room was clean besides multiple hand prints on headboard

the beds were terrible and temp control of the room was awful. I have had serious back pain since staying there. room was either very cold or very hot and could not get control of rooms temp.
