I liked that it was right on the beach. It was also handy that they sell ice on sight. No need to run to the gas station every day for the coolers. It was affordable for a large group and we will definitely book here again next time we come to Bear Lake.
The beds were a little hard and there is no AC. There are ceiling fans. Most of the time we weren't in the condo during the day, but it was warm in the evening.

Location!
Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The amenities were great - everything was very close to the condo - loved the kids playground and the green grassey area to set up outdoor games we brought
I was notified earlier that the condo did not have AC but it would have been nice to at least have a box fan to push air through the condo.

Nice family environment. Lots of thing to do on the grounds!!!

Loved that the rooms were spacious and had a full kitchenette. The walk out patio was nice with little kids. Loved that everything like the playground, lake, pool, and store was walking distance.
One of our beds had a terrible spring mattress that made it hard to sleep on. Since we came in June it wasn’t too hot and our room stayed cool and comfortable with the ceiling fans, but I can imagine if we ever come in later summer months it would get hot and it would be nice if the rooms were air conditioned.

Great location and close to activities and food. On-site bike rental and kayak rental.
Good size, bathroom was a little dated.
Comfy furniture and loved the pull down bed!
We could hear the family next to us as if they were staying with us. I could tell you all of their names and the snacks the kids asked for 😀.
No large garbage sacks which made emptying your own garbage cans a challenge.

Everything you needed was right there. Grills, miniature golf, the lake, lake rentals, I’ve cream shop, pool and hot tub to warm up in after being in the beautiful cold lake. Kitchen to cook your own food. Lots of open grass area for playing frisbee, soccer or volleyball. Shade in the tree areas with picnic tables.
No air conditioning

The beach access seems like it would be so amazing during the summer. As it was in January, the playground was very cute.
The rooms have great views
My only real qualifier for a decent hotel room is whether or not I can leave it as healthy as I was when I arrived.
If it's dirty, it doesn't qualify. If I can't sleep, it doesn't qualify. It was clean, but the mattresses were SO HORRENDOUS I couldn't sleep. If the one Murphy bed mattress hadn't been decent, we would have had to leave a day early.
I've stayed in cheap Super 8 hotels across the country on a tight budget. We visited 40 states. I don't have super high standards, and it have many comparisons...these were the worst mattresses of all the places we've stayed.
A foam topper, people. Save your business. As it stands, it isn't decent.
