Very sweet staff and great price

I loved how accommodating the staff was and that everything was fairly clean. The breakfast was great and really yummy with lots of selection.

My only complaint would be that the pool could be a little more warm.

Property was in a good location

There were a few problems including when I first got there and neither of my keys worked. The next morning I found out that my room could open without using a key so I got told that I would be moved into a king suite. Returned back to the hotel and they only put me in just a king.

Review

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast. Close to several restaurants. Easy on and off interstate.

When we arrived our toilet was broken and it ran all night long. Husband finally figured out the problem next morning and fixed it. I didnt like that they didn't come in and clean our room while we were gone, our trash was piled high and we didn't have any clean towels so we had to ask the front desk for some.

Passable

The internet was "down" which complicated check-in. It also ruined our plans to watch the Super Bowl that evening. We chose Holiday Inn Express expecting prompt attention to things like this. The manager should have been there to fix it, but left the responsibility to an inexperienced gal. She did her best but that's not an appropriate response.

Disappointing

The beds were soooo bad no one slept. All adults needed a trip to the chiropractor when we got home. No excuse from a nationwide company

Very good

The room was very comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room service attendees were very polite and friendly.

The night shift front desk staff was very rude. They acted as if they didn't want to be there. I called the front desk and was dismissed by the staff beforemy questionswere answered. Then I called again and they didn't answer. So I had to go to the front desk, only for them to make funny gestures behind my back.

We stay at this hotel every time we are in the area, and it never disappoints.

It was very clean and comfortable. We slept very well in the beds, and had a wonderful breakfast when we got up in the morning. My family loves the cinnamon rolls that they have at the Holiday Inn Express!

Passable

We were in Wichita to be at the hospital with a family member! We were very frustrated with things going on there and had some addition stress at your hotel! We booked our room for a second night and left our suitcases in the room! We came back that night after being at the hospital all day to find that the room had not been cleaned or fresh towels provided. I called the front desk and was told that We had to come get towels at the front desk. I asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned and was told that we should have asked to have it done!!! We rebooked a room for Monday night and when we got to the motel, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied! Very embarrassing trying to get into a room that someone else was in!! Good thing that they had the dead bolt locked! Otherwise, we would have walked right in! We ended up having to stay one more night and it was uneventful, thank goodness! The best part about our visit was the beds! Very comfortable!
