Great overall but I really disliked the false advertising of made-to-order breakfast when their restaurant is not up and

We got the double queen room and we love how spacious it was. I loved that latest checkout was 2pm because we got in really late.

I highly disliked that they didn’t update info about their restaurant not operating. So, that means THERE IS CURRENTLY NO MADE TO ORDER BREAKFAST, just a continental breakfast. Not hot. Prepackaged waffles, bagels you can toast, yogurt, etc. Part of why I booked here was because I wanted Made to Order hot breakfast. I was very disappointed to learn otherwise since they still advertise that they have on-site restaurant with made-to-order breakfast. So, please update customers about what’s actually available. So, if you’re looking for made to order breakfast, know that as of July 2023, there is none. I suggest calling the hotel and asking before booking. The price of the room was significantly more than others with similar cleanliness and service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated, but clean. The bed was okay. Beautiful and clean lobby area.

Hotel was very disappointing.

Very friendly staff and the beds were good.

the rooms were very dated, walls were dirty, bathroom was old, loose and dirty sealants everywhere. The internet connection was mostly not working or very bad. Very noisy, as soon as someone walked around in the room upstairs, this could be heard very loudly by cracking and banging. On the website they talk about Free Daily Continental Breakfast, but this is anything but a breakfast. The only thing to be found in the morning was a yogurt and cornflakes and that was it. Very occasionally if you were lucky a muffin.

Take a 20’ charging cable with you!

Clean, quiet, spacious.

The room was ridiculous. No lighting controls near night stand, no lamp on night stand, no power points for phone etc on or near night stand. you have to get out of bed to do ANYTHING. Everything was on the opposite wall. So I pulled the nightstand away from the wall (heavy) unplugged the alarm clock and plugged in my phone charger. Tip - take a 20’ charging cable with you. Also massive room and tiny, tiny bathroom.

The hotel was clean and excellent location. The front desk staff was fantastic and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

We feel the Heritage Inn is one of the older hotels in Ridgecrest and New owners are transitioning it to a budget hotel. The pool was not in service in the desert in July. The restaurant is also not open.

As most people said in their reviews, all of the staff was incredible! It’s always so nice to be traveling and run into friendly people that act like they enjoy their job. Room was clean and everything worked. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room without having to ask for it.

The rooms are a bit old, however they are kept up decently.
