Excellent stay

The hotel is well designed with modern style. The room was very spacious with high ceiling, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good with a wide enough product selection. We will come back with no hesitation.

The double beds a little bit small for 2 adults.

Good hotel and location, great wait staff in the restaurant and bar!

The hotel is very comfortable and the dining room staff is EXCELLENT! Friendly and accomodating, and the food was hot and fresh. I had requested an "upper level" room so I could get a view, but it wasn't ready so they put me on a lower 2nd level floor. After I got settled, I opened the drapes and I was looking at a wall. Seriously, a wall. Rather than ask for a move since I was already settled, I stayed. It was okay in the long run, but they were unable to give me a credit for the extra I paid for the upper floor. They were really nice about it, but said I have to contact booking.com for a refund.

Fantastic stay overall. We will be coming back!

10/10 recommend this hotel! The bed was so comfortable!!! The room was stunning!

No breakfast for free! We are use to getting free breakfast with our stay, especially when we pay this price.

Horrible experience being over charged.

Staff is incompetent. They or it may have been Booking.com over charged me $54.95 after we checked out. I should have been charged 231.03 after a 179.16 Wallet Credit. Room charge was $410.19. I am furious pleas a charge of $108.95 for misc charges has not been removed. I would expect to be contacted about the over charge from booking .com.

I’d stay here again

It was clean and convenient.

I asked for a detailed receipt of the charges. Was told I would receive this from booking.com did not. The charges were about $100 more than anticipated and I have no way of knowing if this was valid or not. The pillows suck but that’s a personal preference thing.

Shower was great and the sitting area was comfortable.

The pillows and the bed were not comfortable. The pictures of the pool looked a lot nicer than the actual pool itself.

Really nice property and will come back if ever needed.

Someone charged drinks on our room which delayed our check out, which put us behind schedule.

Horrible

How quiet and clean it was.

My tv didn’t work. I paid in full through booking . Then they charged my call an additional 400 dollars saying they never received payment . Now I have been calling and calling and no return call to receive my funds since I was charged twice for the stay. And when I call the lady who answered the phone was rude and saying how horrible booking.com is.

Poor value for amount you have to pay.

Did not eat breakfast. One bottle of water for two days and coffee for both mornings were all that was given us in our stay. There were two of us in the room and if I had booked the room on a nightly basis at least I would have received one more bottle of free water. But I would call this poor hospitality and a very poor value for the amount that had to pay .

This hotel is very nice. Ample, free parking close to the entrance and it was SO clean and new. The staff was really nice. The rooms had liquid hand soap. The entire visit was perfect.

overall it was great. best stay I’ve had in a while

elegant designs cleanliness of entire building friendly staff even though the line was terribly long for checking in with one person at desk

one spot on my sheets but not much just the fact that I saw it, no trash bags in bins had to use my own & parking lot being so far away

good stay…..not great.

it was a nice clean property. would definitely stay here again.

I am a cold room sleeper and the ac would never kick in because I guess it’s February. I got hot at night and lost some sleep. Also it was difficult to get the shower temperature right. the adjustment knob didn’t work well at all.
