Location.
A little worn out. The curtains do it completely block view of the room.

The location.
The beds were comfortable and the room was large.
The place is horribly run down. The staff admits it is 38 years old and it looks like it too!! The bathroom was dirty and old. We had no hot water to shower. Not a fun experience and especially not for the outrageous $230.

Large, comfortable room, refrigerator, microwave. Walking distance to Emory campus and village.
The breakfast, which is free, is mostly plastic-wrapped pastries and health bars, though the coffee is fine. The facility has no elevators and there isn't any way to bring your bags to any of the rooms without stairs.

location next to hospital. your night receptionist was friendly , kind and helpful in anything we need. can’t remember her name but she was great!
refrigerator and microwave in a little closet behind closed door

Breakfast was only packaged Danish cold cereal and coffee. It only lasted from 7 to 9.
Longer breakfast hours, more variety of items.

it’s an older property but super clean and the staff was fantastic!
No complaints

Price, it was more expensive using the outside agency than booking direct….then couldn’t change even though it had only been less than 20mins,
Other than that it was great

Location and price and nice size of room
House cleaning is still in Covid mode which is ridiculous.
(They only clean on request after 3 nights) Also the breakfast is grab and go but is ALL sugar and carbs.
Otherwise a great hotel, thanks

Staff was nice, and it is near the Emory campus.
There was no turn down service over 6 days. At one point the water stopped working. I forgot something and they couldn't mail it to me.

breakfast is prepackaged bad quality muffins, yogurt and fruit
bed not comfortable

The fact that I could open the windows and air out the room was far and above one of the best features of this hotel.
Need to get pool inspected so guests can use it

The best aspect was the location. Many staff members were also very nice and welcoming.
Because of COVID precautions, there was no service to the room, which I understand. Staying there three days, though, I would have liked more than one half of a roll of toilet paper. The evening desk attendant was SO nice and gave me what I needed, but the receptionist at the desk on check out day called right at 11:00 as I was gathering my bags by the door and just waited on the phone not saying anything until I asked if I could help her. I have never had that happen before right at the check out time. I could see if that were 11:10 or 11:15 or later, but was there really a need to be so rude right at check out?

Location is excellent for Emory University. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Everything was fine. It's not a luxury hotel but it was perfect for our purpose of visiting Emory University

it was close to where I needed to be.
it had mildew smoky smell. had to request housekeeping services

Great location close to Emory.
I know they’re still doing COVID protocols and having fewer people coming into rooms, but it would have been nice to have the trash emptied. Also, the breakfast was *very* limited.
