Absolutely loved the vibe that this place has. The building was gorgeous and had so many little touches everywhere. The family greeted us as we pulled up and The pool was amazing to get into after our long drive
I would have loved a in room bathroom or even same floor. The building is older which I love but going to the bathroom on another floor made me worry I was waking someone up with the floor making the older sounds. I would also suggest some bakery items at the breakfast as well.

Beautiful house
Could have real cups instead of paper. Also continental breakfast wasn’t much. Maybe have some baked goods, toast, etc

We had Room 104, which is a two room suite, and it was just perfect for our three night stay. We walked everywhere, got in a lot of hills! The hosts and other guests were friendly and interesting. Absolutely loved our room, which had a comfortable bed, a great living room, and all the supplies we needed. Really appreciated that we could make coffee to have in our room before breakfast hours.
Loved having the communal breakfast in the dining room, but would have liked a little more variety.

Beautiful home. Owners very accommodating
Steps a little hard to maneuver with luggage.

Location is in the heart of the Capitol Hill neighbourhood, great American breakfast, rooms are extremely spacious and very chic. The owner Ryan and his wife are both accomodating as one can be. Thank you for everything! I had such a great time.

I didn't end up taking advantage of the breakfast. I liked the charm of the building and how the owners have done their best to preserve the history of the space. The owner that met me at the door was gracious, engaging and kind.
The bathroom was very small and the faucet didn't work well.

We would not recommend - unhelpful, uninvolved owners with their screaming children through the wall at breakfast (which was not up to scratch) Room 106, be warned: it is not as advertised, the bathroom is down two flights of steep stairs!

Extremely nice B&B in the Capitol Hill District. About a 10 minute walk to the light rail, same for several bus routes. Lovely and historic inn. Easy access to downtown, but lots to do nearby. Very walkable area if you don't mind a few hills on longer excursions. The Inn has a pool and very nice owners. We enjoyed our stay and will come back!

The inn itself is so beautiful and the owners are great. housekeeping did a fantastic job with keeping a clean room and inn. Ryan and his wife are very friendly and engaging.
my only thing is not having a bathroom in the room we stayed, but in all it is a wonderful place to stay.

it was such a cute little place. we loved that we could sit on the patio and enjoy the view and chill. We thought the owner was great and wished we had stayed longer. Will definitely recommend.
only negative we had were the pillows were a little hard compared to what we are used to.

Gorgeous historic property with furnishings mimic the age of the structure. Kind, friendly hosts. Heated pool. Continental breakfast. Comfortable bedding. Charming. Three rooms have non- on suite baths. Just pay attention to what room you are reserving. Se will be back; but with an on-suite bath room.

Ryan & Joelle are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and happy. Really beautiful house, comfortable bed, very clean.
Room 6 has an ensuite bathroom but it’s on another floor, just something to be aware of if elderly or wanting something more private. There are two indoor cats, again if you have allergies like I do, be aware. I took antihistamines and wasn’t an issue.

A comfortable, lovely stay in a beautiful inn. Very friendly owners. Extremely well located in Capitol Hill.
My room had a desk but no chair so I had to sit on the bed in order to work. The owners' children have a play area in one of the common spaces of the inn, which I found a bit odd.

Breakfast was good. Everything brought in from outside source, nice selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, and fare. Nice pool and beautiful garden. Trader Joe’s is near and in walking distance. A few nice restaurants are walkable. Public transport is close.
Would like coffee available earlier.

an old house built in 1905 serving as a rooming house and bed-and-breakfast for 50 years or so. Very attractive common spaces, elegant would work, etc. Staff was supportive and likable. everything very clean. The heater in the room worked well. The location was excellent with easy street parking. Just a couple blocks walk to nice dinner places.
We stayed on the third floor, and our bathroom was on the floor below us.

Friendliest hosts, phenomenal breakfast! Perfect location—I loved Capitol Hill. Close to the convention center. The place had a lot of character—I wish I had had more time to relax and enjoy the common areas and fireplace. I would definitely stay again.

Friendliness of owner and spacious rooms
Price a little high; breakfast adequate.

Super cozy and comfortable, one of the best sleeps we've had staying at any hotels in years. The bed is incredibly comfortable and their amenities are excellent.
In particular, Ryan and Joelle are such lovely people and they made us feel welcomed into their family-run bed and breakfast Inn immediately.
We will be planning all of our future stays in Seattle at this Inn from now on.
Two small things:
1. Bring a slipper to walk around to the bathrooms. The carpets were so plush and clean I felt bad going around in shoes!
2. There's a fire alarm in unit 108 that periodically flashes a light at night. Easy to ignore, and can be easily fixed with a couple of layers of tape over the LED.
