GREAT LOCATION

COMFORTABLE BED & RECLINER. Room was clean.

They provide a stove, full-size refrigerator & microwave in the room. When we checked in, we asked if there was a continental breakfast. We were told "no" because the rooms were designed so we could cook for ourselves. What we were not told was that we were either required to bring our own cookware & serving-ware or we had to buy the same from the hotel. What kind of nonsense is that? Also, the state of WA has a mandatory 25-foot distance away from any doorway or opening. Management has the law posted on the glass entry door. This law was not enforced by hotel management, even though workers and/or guests were smoking right outside the entry automatic opening doors.

Stay away!!

Easy to find your room and a proper fridge in your room not a mini

1st the room was dirty - took a shower got out floor was tacky and lifted the mat to put back on the tub to dry and the bottom that was on the floor side was brown -2nd there was a sticker on the back of the door 😕 so u know it wasn’t clean in the bathroom 3rd when to pull back my sheets to check the bedding - there was a hair in my bed! And I asked front staff why it wasn’t clean they said oh sorry - it’s house keeping’s problem- umm 🧐 not too sure it’s your problem too - and that night worst part of all felt like things were crawling all over my legs all night and it was horrible!!! And lifted the sheets the next morning when I could see little black things on the bed!! So yeah never staying there ever again!! So if u want a hotel of horrible quality feel free!

This place is not for an overnight stay. It’s more of a longer trip stay. They only offered a 1 pack coffee for the room. We had 2 adult coffee drinkers. They wanted to SELL us another pack of coffee. Free coffee in the really tiny lounge room. I do not wish to get out of my room at 4 am for a “FREE” cup of coffee. The room was very clean the bathroom was clean.

It’s silly, but to have to BUY an EXTRA PACK OF COFFEE, is crazy. That’s what the very young gentlemen informed us.

Room was fine, others staying smoked and were super loud and did not get stopped.

Noisy all night. People playing music, not sure what room but not next to ours and no one did anything about it. Next to our room someone had their TV on all night what seemed like full blast. And people smoke there without worry. Just spend a little more money and go to another hotel.

Lots of places to get food and other necessities in its area. nice room deer in, microwave and kitchenette facilities.

Emptying the trash. In the rntire 6 day stay, my room trash can was never emptied. Some directions on microwave programming would be nice.

Funeral to attend

Location was excellent. Everything is right off Hwy and close to hotel. Staff was excellent and very attentive!!

Nothing!! It was a very pleasant stay and staff deserves recognition. I needed assistance everyday and everyone of them were very good and attentive😊

the place was new and clean and I’d definitely go back.

it was very clean and there was a FULL sized fridge and stovetop in the kitchenette

no ice machines and they wouldn’t allow me to check in an hour early.

There's a kitchen, but good luck using it!

The location for our convention at HAPO was great. We booked this type of hotel specifically because it had a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the hotel removed all kitchen items during the covid shut-down and never replaced them once it was over.

The hotel, which previously had kitchen items stocked, no longer offers those to customers. They SELL things to cook with in the lobby, which is just a joke. I went to Wal-Mart and bought one pan, one knife, one spatula and salt and pepper so we could cook some simple meals. The hotel's website does mention that the kitchens are unstocked, but WHO WOULD THINK THEY NEED TO CHECK THAT AHEAD OF TIME AT AN EXTENDED STAY HOTEL???

Over all we were very happy with our stay.

It was clean and nice size rooms. The the staff was polite and helpful. We like the location.

We payed extra for breakfast and I wouldn't do that again. Didn't know it was a micro food. We thought it was prepared there.

Comfortable bed and room was nicely set up

Didn't like that breakfast wasn't included. Didn't like that all 3 light connected, u couldn't just have kitchen light on had to have every light on at once
